Rachel was amazing
Rachel was amazing! She was incredibly patient with all my questions. She gave me thoughtful recommendations for another order for my Byrna SD launcher. Including the full size target and extra kinetic rounds for practice AND use! How cool! She was very knowledgeable, kind and I could understand her (unlike so many customer service professionals now adays). Very efficient as well. I just can't say enough about how great she was with this potentially complicated process.

I bought the new Byrna launcher
I bought the new Byrna launcher, life size target pack. The target tent was defective. Contacted Byrna and they immediately responded with replacement. That is standing by your product. Plus the launcher is a great addition to our family protection. My wife is so much more comfortable using this non-lethal weapon. And she is getting very good at it even at 50ft. I am looking forward to DOJ g business with Byrna.

I bought the Byrna for a present for my wife on November 15th and she did not want it, so I went to return it and they only accept returns a 14 days after the sale. Mind you, it was never used and is unopened. These guys have horrible customer service.

I ordered four guns for Christmas presents and there was a shipping problem (my fault not theirs) . They immediately responded and took care of my problem with no questions asked.
