Yesterday received boots in some plastic bag and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it.
Quality, smell, everything is a pure scam,
Don’t buy anything from them.
To embarrassed to show them to my family, boots are in the rubbish bin now.
Should’ve read reviews before buying it.

I have had the same experience as so many others. My boots didn't arrive for weeks and were scrunched in a plastic bag when they did. They were about 2 sizes too small and was told they would send me a new pair for $30 shipping. They gave me a code of 50off to use at checkout bcos I had to make a new purchase. I tried this code multiple times and it didn't work. Now I can't get a response from them. I'm so angry! It's now 12/9/25 and I still haven't had a response from this disgusting company. I can't wait until they finally close so they can't rip anybody else off!

Definitely a scam. I ordered mine and they took weeks to arrive. They are definitely not leather, not orthopaedic. They don't even look nice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I OBTAINED A FULL REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL AND LUNAFAKESANDALS SAID I COULD KEEP THE 2 PAIR OF PLASTIC NON LEATHER BOOTS. They went straight in the bin!!!!!

Exactly as the other reviews. NOT orthopedic, NOT leather, and to say there is hand stitching is just a joke. They are made from PVC or some other horrible material. The insert soles are nothing and they are just disgusting.
I am so annoyed I didn't check these reviews before ordering. Their website is bloody good to look at but a complete scam. They state 'closing down, last day sale ... blah blah blah'. It's all rubbish and I reckon the product reviews are scammed too.
I contacted them to request a refund for the boots (happy to return them if they provide a shipping label) - they said 'as stated on website we cannot refund sale items'. Problem is they are ALL always on sale.
Fortunately I paid via PayPal and put through a dispute. PayPal has refunded in full. So IF you still want to give them a go, make sure to pay this way. There was no way the company was going to refund me.

Experienced basically what everyone else has.
They are simply scammers who sell $2 shoes for $50, that's if you get them.
Just stay away from them.
Plenty of other shoes out there that are genuine.
STAY AWAY!

Scam! Ordered leather orthopaedic boots, which turned up on plastic bag 3 weeks after ordering, and are neither leather or orthopaedic. Won’t buy from them again and urge others to research before buying. My stupid mistake hopefully won’t be repeated.

Not Australian products. You can buy “their” shoes on Temu for a fraction of the price. Total scammers.

False advertising. Low quality cheap plastic. Complete ripoff.

Tried to communicate with company about non delivery and a Tracking number that did not exist. Very substandard computer generated reply.
A week later shoes suddenly turned on my doorstep in a plastic bag, shoes squished out of shape and extremely poor quality.
No point seeking a refund as they were "on sale"
My advice :"BUYER BEWARE"

The tracking number was wrong. Emailed the company no reply.No boots. A week later I got an email to review the product. No boots.

Don’t buy from this company. They are not an Australian company.

The goods are shipped over and the quality is very poor. My shoes arrived with faults in them.

They will not refund they only said they will send me a brand new pair of my choice and I must pay shipping, which is $30 because they ship from overseas.

Don’t be fooled. The quality is well below parr and not worth $5.

They well not resolve a dispute and will not refund for faulty products.

I ordered 2 pair of mens joggers and received the incorrect size. I was told that "Sale" items generally weren't returnable. There was nothing on their web page to advise customers of this. I was offered to choose another product but had to pay for shipping & handling. I refused. All I want is to receive the goods I paid for. I even offered to pay for the return postage. Be very wary of this Chinese company. This sort of trade practice would not be permitted in Australia. No wonder Chinese companies are getting a bad reputation. Unfortunately I thought the product looked value for money and nice styling.

If only I had read the reviews first! Ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th January and haven’t heard a thing since. I’ve sent 6 emails with no response after the first generic one saying they’ll look into it. Don’t even bother ringing the phone number as it’s only a recording to send a bloody email! Listed as Australian…..NO THEY ARE NOT.
So pi..ed off atm.

I accidentally ordered twice and realised within the hour of the second order. I tried phoning them on an 02 number, presumably Sydney, but noone answers the phone, message said to email, which I did repeatedly. Their returns policy below,
Cancellation/Change of Order: If you wish to cancel/change your order, you have 12 hours to do so. You must contact us immediately by email or through the contact page if you wish to cancel your order. After 12 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order as it has already been shipped...
When about 3 days later I was sent shipping notification I forwarded the sent multiple emails, to which I received a reply that the team were working on my request. They still sent the order and sent a size i did not order. That started on 16th December. Now at January 23 I am up to 14 email requests.
Their greedy grab for money and complete refusal to adhere to their own policy for returns is illegal not to mention immoral! I hope they choke on that money.

What a joke this company is. Got the shoes and no shoe laces in them to start with. The smell of plastic from the shoes is so strong. They are in uncomfortable. When I asked to return these and get a refund I was told I couldn’t as I brought them on sale. All their products on the website are on sale. Stay away from this company they are ripping people off.

What a scam. Emailed them so many times but nothing. Phone no has been disconnected. Afterpay won’t help. No response from them whatsoever. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. EVER. NOT AUSTRALIAN AT ALL. 🤬🤬🤬

Facebook is swamped with these lying Chinese companies fleecing unaware Australian customers of their money and meta does nothing about it. Has happened to me too.

I totally agree with other reviews. Absolute rubbish shoes. You would expect to buy on the streets of BALI for $3. Falsely advertised as leather. I bought a pair of black sandals, they came with white Velcro, no size marking except for the cheap plastic bag they came in. Is anybody willing to join me to complain to the ACCC.
