Just another Chinese shill

Just another Chinese shill with fraudulent positive reviews. None of the clothing shown on the site discloses the fabric content of the fabric used, otherwise the site is practically a perfect fake site. I also notice that negative reviews on here for the company seem to quickly disappear. You will probably get something cheap and horrid. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Cute flats but zero traction on ice

These ballet flats are adorable and comfortable but I almost died slipping on ice outside the LCBO. Zero grip. In a country where we have ice for half the year, this is a design flaw. Indoor shoes only from now on.

Hi Lily, oh no — so glad you're okay! Ballet flats really are designed as dry-pavement and indoor shoes, so we always recommend a grippier sole for icy days. So lovely to hear they're earning their indoor keep with the comfort though. Thanks for the honest review (and the cautionary tale)! 🩰

These handled every terrain on the Bruce Trail - mud, rocks, tree roots, the lot. The grip is insane and they dried quickly after creek crossings. My feet were happy after 20km which is saying something. Highly recommend for Ontario hiking.

Birkenstock szn is too short here

Love these Birks but I can only wear them for like 4 months in this country. They're perfect from June to September - great arch support, the suede footbed moulds to my feet, and they look good with everything summery. Worth it for those precious warm months.

Winter boots that are actually cute

Finding winter boots that can handle a Canadian winter AND look good is like finding a unicorn. These have Thinsulate lining, a proper lug sole for ice, and they still look sleek with a skirt. Survived black ice on Bay Street multiple times.

Trying to get a size chart and material…

Trying to get a size chart and material makeup of a jumpsuit is like pulling teeth. I finally received a size chart and a statement, after asking what % of material was cotton, polyester etc
...."I’m happy to confirm that the item is made with high-quality materials and features vegan leather....." what kind of an explanation is that?

I also have concerns their Canadian "warehouse" is a house on Google maps.

Palazzo pants for a PEI vacation

Wore these flowy palazzo pants walking around Charlottetown and they were perfect. Light enough for maritime breezes but not so flowy that they fly up. The terracotta colour looked beautiful against the red soil landscape. Very Anne Shirley energy.

Blundstones who?? These are better

I know this is blasphemy in Canada but hear me out. These Chelsea boots are warmer, more waterproof, and way cuter than my Blundstones. The shearling lining survived a whole Edmonton winter and my feet never got cold. Sorry Blunnies, I've moved on.

Lined jeans for prairie winters

Living in Saskatchewan means regular jeans from October to April are a no-go. These flannel-lined jeans look normal on the outside but feel like wearing pyjamas. Warm enough for a morning walk to Tim's in -30. Game changer for cold climate living.

Jean jacket weather but make it pants...

The perfect midweight denim for those confusing September days in southern Ontario where it's warm in the sun but chilly in the shade. Not too heavy, not too thin. True to size and the midrise hits just right.

Paperbag waist is actually flattering

I was convinced paperbag waist pants would make me look frumpy but these proved me wrong. The high waist is cinched perfectly and the pleats add structure not bulk. Tucked in a simple tee and headed to brunch in Kensington Market looking fab.

Was skeptical about culottes but these hit at exactly the right spot on my calf and look great with both sneakers and heels. Wore them to a friend's book launch at Indigo and then to Saturday errands. One pair, two very different vibes.

Corduroy comeback appreciated

Haven't worn cords since middle school but these wide-leg corduroys in forest green are giving me serious autumnal feelings. The wale is fine enough to look refined and the colour is stunning with a cream turtleneck. Very Laurentians cabin weekend.

Cargo pants for canoe trips

These hiking-style cargo pants are my go-to for portaging in Algonquin. Quick dry fabric, plenty of pockets for snacks and my phone, and the convertible zip-off legs are genius when it warms up midday. Function over fashion but they look decent too.

Wide leg obsession continues

Added another pair of wide-leg trousers to the collection and zero regrets. These have the nicest drape - the crepe fabric moves beautifully. Wore them to a gallery opening in the Distillery District and got stopped three times for outfit compliments.

Work trousers that survive transit

I take the subway every day and these trousers handle being squished, stretched, and sat on without looking rumpled by the time I get to the office. The wrinkle-resistant fabric actually works. The navy is a proper dark navy too.
