Ordered about $200 worth of merchandise from this site. When it came and was dramatically undersized (not North American sizing AT ALL, shipped from China) they wouldn't provide a full refund and expected me to pay the return shipping and customs fees to ship it back, as well as deducting a 15% restocking fee on top of this lol. They also wouldn't offer a store credit above 50% of my purchase amount. No matter which option they give you, they keep at least half your money. When I objected to these terms but opted for the the 50% store credit since I had no other choice, they ghosted me lol. Probably due to the fact that I told them I would be leaving an honest review here. I also strongly suspect they delete negative reviews on their own website. I've seen people say on reddit thay they have left 1 star reviews for similar experiences which are soon deleted.

I live in Canada so there is a bit of a wait time involved in getting the earrings I purchased however they were well worth the wait! The owner even offered to re-make everything and re-send if I didn't get the package, so I totally trust their business practices. Very honest. I absolutely love the workmanship and love that they put into their beadwork and I get many compliments on my earrings that I purchased. Overall my experience was very good. I will be visiting and most likely buying from Juniperlane again!

Absolutely beautiful 🤩🫶🏽✨ there was a small mix up but I communicated and I was able to get help right away and everything go sorted out. Truly appreciate the time and care that went into the beautiful bead work. I can’t wait to gift them to my mom for her birthday ✨🫶🏽

I have purchased from Juniperlane on multiple occasions. I have adored every single purchase I have made from this shop! I almost exclusively wear the earrings from Juniperlane now and I receive so many compliments when I do. The quality of the products is awesome and I love the little details and thought that are put into each piece. Juniperlane recently designed a custom earring and necklace set of beaded shells that I will be gifting to someone else and her creations make wonderful gifts. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be buying more from this shop in the future.
