Pretty seamless process, don't ever try to use their website, I think they gave up building it, its a mess that doesn't load. But the app is easy to use & gives options to buy on your behalf or to ship to some WW locations, think I tried to buy something in Germany, but they had no warehouse so had to ship to the UK, so I expect UK shipping to me to be a little expensive. Overall items arrive timely & in great condition which is whats important.

Good for parcels consolidation and expensive bulky items but charging extra just to send a request or an offer to the seller when the buyer could do all of that is just excessive, not to mention how long it takes just to initiate the purchase!

After negotiating with the seller, I'd have to pay B&S and pray their agent quickly snags the deal before someone else with a quick hand comes along. It would be nice to have agents handling different timezones and not just stuck to the "within 24 hours" period. Imagine having to wait over the weekend.

Think twice before you engage them for highly coveted or liquid listings such as Pokemon products.

As a 1st time user, the proxy buying service was fairly easy to navigate and the updates are pretty good. As items are properly delivered, this may be my new avenue of buying things overseas instead.

I’ve never had a missing parcel so that’s great. But I have to mention that there’s one they weighed it wrongly the first time and they charged me extra right before shipping it out. As they would get you to pay during consolidation which I did but once it reached the stage of shipping it out of Hong Kong, they charge me an additional $21. If they have weighed it correctly the first time, I would’ve consolidated my shipping in another way and perhaps saved some money and also not have delayed shipping because of this hiccup.

"We can notify the warehouse to verify shipment to confirm if it contains your other jackets, should you require this service, and there is no extra cost. Kindly let us know your decision." ??? Ha. They said like they are giving me a huge offer. They think I am stupid or was born yesterday. If they checked my orders and email history from their server, I didn't have to waste my time and money. I don't know why the customer center exists.

Have done many shipments with them without any issues. Prompt customer service. Good pricing.
