Buy ABS Locks Reviews

Very easy to follow website and competitive prices. Quick delivery and easy to fit lock barrel.

One of the best companies. Fast delivery wonderful staff very helpful.

Quality of the product is great, however getting the right products delivered has been very difficult. I am on the third delivery now, so let’s hope third time lucky, hopefully they will get it right this time!

These locks are made to a very high quality and the finish is perfect, I have already recomended them to my friends and would not hesitate to buy this again

The locks are superb quality and arrived as ordered keyed alike. Spot on!

Lock cylinders with common keys arrived quickly and well packed. The french door 40mm/50mm twin packs offered good value.
I was disappointed to find the 30mm/30mm variant for another door wasn't three star kite marked. Phoned support and was told this was the only product variant that couldn't be kite marked due to the short length. I only subsequently found this information buried in the small print on the website, otherwise I would have asked for a refund.
Would have given five stars if not for this issue.

Customer service is second to none, I had a problem with a lock, I rang to report and the next day a replacement lock was delivered

Excellent service, prompt delivery and excellent quality product

Superb service from initial contact to fast free delivery. Bettered best price I could find anywhere. Melanie, who took my initial call, was excellent in terms of product knowledge, communication, customer care and patience. A company that is a pleasure and easy to do business with and, of course, let's not forget ABS first class products. Highly recommended.

I bought several locks and keys for a local community centre, the sale staff was very helpful ,she completed the order for me and I received the goods within 48hrs.
I requested for a leaflet on ABS lock and was informed that it will be processed but sadly it never arrived . I needed this info for the Trustees of the Charity.

Good reliable service. Easy to deal with.

Very quick delivery. Straightforward to install. I feel much more secure now.

Great product sorted out quickly over the phone as website has too much jargon!
I now have great security around the house on 1 key.

Very easy to order on there web page even rang me to check order fast delivery thank you..

FAntastc customer service. Couldn't rate highly enough. Dealt with my returns promptly. I ordered the wrong size. They resent the correct parts quickly.

I bought two thumb-turn locks with the same code so that I don't have to mess about finding different keys. The locks are superb, and it is really reassuring having the thumb-turn system on the inside so I don't have to leave a key in the door to be able to get out. I would definitely buy from ABS again.
