Bought from Spain and everything perfect. The answers to any questions were quickly clarified.

Very nice lock. obviously a great part with excellent build quality and also the finish (chrome) is visually attractive to blend into the chrome hardware on the door. Nice simple instructions inside on how to change the lock (extremely simple, anyone with a screwdriver can do it). The code to order replacement keys is on a separate card and not the key itself, a little extra security. Worth the extra cost.

I received and fitted the 4 locks I ordered without a problem. Unfortunately I found I needed 2 extra keys for one of the locks. The ABS website directed me to my local Timpsons. They wanted £30 for 1 key or £45 for 2I told them it was a rip off and wouldn't pay. Why don't ABS cut extra keys?

Website was really easy to navigate although a couple details on the products were not very clear.
I didn't like how the tax was only added on at the end of the transaction.
I used a 24hr delivery but didn't get the items for 3 working days. Didn't mind because delivery was free. Would have liked a bit more contact about the dispatch though.
Would have been nice if an email was sent saying when the items were scheduled to be dispatched and what delays I was having.
I contacted the customer services who were very prompt in replying but gave very little relevant information. They just sent me some information that was available on the site. Would have liked it if they had told me when if it was dispatched or not, rather then repeating already available information.
I was also told I'd have a tracked delivery but was not told when the items were dispatched or handed to the courier. Beyond that point I can't expect anymore from the company but it's still a little annoying when the only information that an item is intransit is the delivery knocking at the door.

Great quality locks.
Ordered 3 locks to work off the same key.
