We travelled on 17th of June to the Lakes District with Adrian.
It was a great trip. We thoroughly enjoyed his humour and the sites were amazing in the Lake District.
There was ample time for strolling the beautiful villages as well as a nice walk amongst the forest and we were privileged. There was no rain so we could enjoy the sightseeing.
We also saw Highland cows and was able to get quite close without disturbing them to take photos

I joined the day tour organised by Busy Bus in May 2026 from the cruise terminal at Holyhead, Anglesey. Frank was our driver/guide and he us a wonderful day out. The bus was comfortable, the tour itinerary was great and Frank was very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. I am disabled with limited mobility but Frank did everything to help me. I thought that the trip was very good value for money. I will certainly book a Busy Bus tour again.

Not recommended.
Not reliable for tourists coming from abroad. Busybus.co.uk cancelled the tour with just 24 hours ' notice. They don't bother with individual tourists' travel plans or waste a limited travel day available for them to visit the attractions. Not recommended for international tourists to book any travel with busybus.co.uk, as ultimately, tourists may not get a chance to visit what they are looking forward to visiting.

I went on the day trip from Liverpool to North Wales and it was absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide was Frank and you'll be pleasantly surprised if you get the privilege to have him guide you. He was kind, informative, and very fun to talk too! The timing of everything was very great and the sights were incredible.
You can expect to play a game throughout the tour called Black Sheep where you can earn points by not only spotting black sheep (they weren't too common) and by answering trivia questions correctly by making educated guesses. I won the game with 15 points and was given a nice prize. There were numerous photo opportunities and breathtaking sights to see.
It made me fall in love with North Wales and now I would love to go back someday. Every single stop was very engaging and enjoyable and there wasn't a single dull or redundant moment, even on the longer drives between stops due to a carefully selected playlist, the scenic views, and Frank's great input on our surroundings! Beware...you may see a dragon.

I didn’t sleep well last night but after being looked after by Joe and Rachel earlier today but on a trip to north Wales I know I will sleep really well tonight…….counting ‘black sheep’ to help me nod off.
Seriously, what a team they both make especially keeping a coach full of people entertained the way they did with their professionalism.
Trust me when I say that this may have been my first time with BusyBus but definitely not my last after today’s experience with your company.

What a fabulous day we’ve had with Joe and Rachel on our North Wales tour. We will definitely book again. Joe is a font of knowledge and has great delivery. We’ve learned a lot, laughed a lot, sang a lot and basically had the best day! Thank you both for looking after us. A special mention for Angela. We are a group of students and faculty from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, who recently traveled to Manchester, UK, for our study abroad course titled “Computers and the Homeless.” Throughout our stay, BusyBus provided exceptional transportation services that greatly enhanced our experience.

BusyBus managed all our transportation needs with professionalism and care. They provided 16-passenger vans for our trip to Chester, a comfortable coach for our visit to Bletchley Park, and reliable airport transfers. Their punctuality and attention to detail ensured our schedule ran smoothly.

When one of our students accidentally left his headphones behind, Adrian and Angela from BusyBus went above and beyond by retrieving them and delivering them over 30 miles so the student could have them before his flight home. This act of kindness exemplifies the dedication and compassion of the BusyBus team.

Thank you Busy Bus! My friend Joanne and I went to North Wales, yesterday, April 21/25. It was amazing and even the weather cooperated with us once we were in Llandudno! Shelley our driver and guide was wonderful! Not only knowledgeable and considerate, Shelley kept us all aware of where we were going, gave helpful hints on where to visit when reaching our stops along the way and overall made for a wonderful journey for both of us. Peter was knowledgeable and funny, fantastic combination. He made everyone feel at ease. If you want a fun day, want to know about where you're traveling through I can't recommend BusyBus highly enough, certainly made my life as a driver as easy as possible.

Having a fantastic day on the Holyhead tour with Pete and Tony the bus driver. Laugh a minute and lots of information. Definitely worth booking this tour. One of the best!

Traveling U.K., we ALWAYS use BusyBus! A great company who is super responsive to messages or questions. A cruise change of itinerary was handled effortlessly by the team...especially Adrian who ended up being our guide for Edinburgh, Scotland. I arranged the 16 passenger bus and he kept us entertained and informed throughout! Great company. Great guide. NEVER a worry we would miss the ship!

Went on the North wales tour with Busybus and it was absolutely stunning and fun! 🤩 The guide keeps you engaged all the time with relevant facts and history. The tour is well organized and let you experience all the best places in North wales. The guide also points out nice spots to see or eat. We had the best fish and chips in Conwy. 🍟😋 We highly recommend a day with Busybus ⛰️🏞

I was the trip lead on a 3 Peaks Challenge trip for a school group.

The staff and the students were immensely happy with our driver for the week, Pete. He was extremely professional but also had a great attitude with our boys, all of whom have autism and/or ADHD. He was humorous and kind, and the boys really got to love him.

We would completely recommend him and the company for a similar trip to anyone.

We had the most wonderful day exploring North Wales! Our driver Lee (also DJ and Oscar nominee) took us there safely and told us plenty of historical curiosities! Would most definitely go on another busybus tour in another opportunity!

I did the North Wales tour with Jerry, I found the tour very interesting, I also liked the way we had plenty of time to look around at our places on the tour and never felt rushed at these spots. Jerry was also an amazing driver, and we felt very safe.
