Good holiday
I have been to holiday arranged by Tim. I had a very good time. I enjoyed my time. Very good service provided by Tim. I definitely booked again my next holiday. Especially singapore and Kuala Lumpur hotels we're good and they have breakfast for vegetarian. I am giving a 4 star because Metro point hotel in Bangkok was far from city and didn't have breakfast for vegetarian. Only bread, butter and water melon.

Whole process was smooth
Although i booked my hloiday a bit late but whole process was pretty good, i would love to book another holiday from my agent Angela Brown. I am taking out 1 star when my agent was on sick leave nobody messaged me back when i was needed an information but obv that is nothing to do with Angela. She did excellent job. But the communication from the team could be better. Apart from this it was really nice to business with sevenzones holiday.

I would highly recommend Emma as a travel agent. Although I haven’t been on my holiday yet, I’m really looking forward to it, and so far Emma has been incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the booking process. She has been very patient with my questions and has gone out of her way to make sure everything has been arranged to my requirements. I used SevenZones Travel Company for our family trip to Saint Lucia and Guadeloupe.
Initially, I was very sceptical about using this company because their customer service was inconsistent, and the lack of communication was frustrating. For that reason, I couldn’t give them 5 stars.
However, once Tim was appointed as our travel adviser, our experience improved significantly. He communicated professionally, kept us informed, and did his best to put us at ease throughout the process.
I must say that the holiday went seamlessly, and all of the travel arrangements were of a very high standard. Tim’s excellent customer service made a real difference and turned what had been a worrying experience into a very enjoyable family holiday.

Misrepresented as a RwandAir Agent
Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify the facts of my experience:
I was asked to pay a £250 deposit before any booking could be processed. I received only a payment invoice and was asked to confirm the passenger name. No booking was ever created.
Despite your claim that the booking was “completed”, no reservation number, no booking reference, and no PNR were ever issued. Without these, no confirmed booking exists.
You stated that my deposit had been paid to RwandAir and was “non‑refundable”.
I lodged a formal complaint with RwandAir, and after completing their investigation, they confirmed in writing (CRM: 422700690657) that:
Seven Zones Travel is not an authorised RwandAir agent
No booking exists in my name
No payment was received
I have evidence of my complaint and the airline’s written reply confirming these findings.
Airlines do not hold deposits. Airlines only hold funds for issued tickets. Deposits paid to agents remain with the agent until a ticket is actually issued. This makes it impossible for RwandAir to have received my deposit.
I have written proof of your agent stating that you would “adjust the new fare with my deposit” and that I would only pay the difference, not the full new fare. This is only possible if you still hold my deposit. It directly contradicts your claim that the money was already sent to the airline and was “non‑refundable”.
When I requested a refund, I was offered a voucher. A voucher can only be issued by whoever still holds the funds. If the money had genuinely been paid to the airline, a voucher would not be possible.
Your office later said you could “adjust” my deposit into a new booking. This again confirms you still retained my funds and contradicts your claim that the money was already with the airline.
As no booking was created, no PNR issued, and no service provided, the “non‑refundable deposit” clause does not apply.
These are the facts, supported by written confirmation from the airline and your own messages. I intend to pursue this matter further, as RwandAir has confirmed in writing—after their investigation—that Seven Zones Travel is not an authorised ticket agent, despite presenting themselves to me as one.
