I have been a Buddi user for years. This was a replacement wristband for a very old one. Th staff were helpful, and it arrived within 2 days. No I was then told how to sync it, and all went well. No problem.

A quick response as to what I needed to do. After sending my wristband buddi back the turnaround was so quick I was only without it for a few days. I was also kept informed of decisions. Excellent service.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Luckily haven’t had to use it in any emergency so far. Unfortunately the bracelet is very difficult for one person to fit especially with elderly fingers.

Buddi is cheaply made and buttons fell off with hardly any wear and tear.
Impossible to get the service without signing up to call center at £30 per month, which we do not need.
Very poor quality product, flimsy and expensive to repair. Highly not recommended.

This bracelet is not suitable for active wearers. The alarm goes off without signal even when clapping hands. I had lots of trouble returning the equipment and am now advised I cannot get a refund for bracelet as it is out of 30 day period, when I only wore this for a very short time in view of constant calls to family. The personnel were very good but I am not at all happy with the outcome. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a Buddi

As I've stated before this is an excellent service but unfortunately my Aunt keeps forgetting to wear it (caught her 100s of times) and when she has been wearing it and has fallen she's never used it for help.

I was very impressed with how quick I was contacted when my bracelet went off from shaking my arm by accident. I was contacted straight away and asked if I was ok. The caller was very polite and friendly and the quick response and helpfulness put me at ease.

This email was sent to my daughter but it is me, Brenda Goodrick, who uses the device.
The instructions say that the wristband should be charged every one to two weeks but if seems that it needs recharging about twice a week. The clip also needs recharging more frequently than one or two days but it needs recharging every day.
When I received it I could not fit the rubber studs to fasten it especially with only one hand and as I have arthritis. I telephoned the company and they sent me a metal fastener which I can Fasten myself.
I realise that when I really needed it when I fell in town it was not properly charged due to the confusion of how often it should be charged.
