The package is still in transit, and it have been swveral days since the day it was supposed to be delivered, and the only thing that the support from this company is able ro do is tell you to wait "a few more days". Not trust worthy at all.

I recently bought the 3-PACK, the quality is great. The colors are nice. The product is exactly as advertised in social media ads. The only thing I am missing is a belt-keeper/belt loop.

I ordered the 3 pack and they took a few days longer to arrive than I had hoped. One of the 3 belts I ordered was the grey one. It was much lighter in colour than I was expecting so I emailed them to see if I could exchange it for the Cognac colour. I received a reply from Meena and after checking I had not cut the belt or attached the buckle, she confirmed that they would send me the Cognac belt free of charge and I didn’t have to return the grey belt. Excellent customer service! The belts appear to be very good quality.

Buckley Belts customer service is an 11 out of 10. All companies should strive for this kind of service. I accidentally cut my belt to short so I e mailed customer service to see if I could by just the belt with no buckle, as this was totally my fault. A short time later I get an e mail saying they do not just sell the leather part without the buckle but in my case they said they would ship me a replace belt, FOR FREE ! Again, I made the mistake of cutting it to short but they stepped up to fix my issue. Thank you Buckley Belts, you are the best !

I would give this no stars if possible. Ordered at beginning of December and item has still not been received. They promised a 10% discount but I have not received that either. Now asking for full refund but won't hold my breath

Yes it stats you are responsible for your return when it's your fault and don't like the product but this should be the case when it's the companies fault.

I ordered a Cognac colour belt which was supposed to be a TAN colour.. On receipt, I found it was more ORANGE than TAN. With lots of emails back and forth, I got nowhere with their customer service - who claimed that the colour may look different on my screen!1 I have looked at the same item on my i-phone, a dektop PC and 2 different laptops.. All show the same TAN colour I expected. Customer service were happy to accept a return at my cost!! which I am not happy with. I believe their website photo is misleading as the colour is very different.. Also, they are very slow at responding!!
NOT HAPPY TO HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE TO RETURN AN ITEM I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO KEEP - HAD THE COLOUR BEEN AS SEEN ON THE WEBSITE!

HORRIBLE experience. I bought from this company coming up to 2 weeks ago. I purchased this as a present for a family member under the impression it would take 6-9 days, evidently that’s not been the case. The birthday has been and gone and still nothing but a confirmation email regarding the order. I have reached out via website help links, emails, social media DM’s and comments (which they have deleted off their instagram!!!) - and had NOTHING in response. Not sticking to a deadline your own company sets is one thing, but not acknowledging any backlog or responding to emails after taking your customers money is another! Don’t order from this company.

I bought one of the three packs for my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loves these belts! In all honesty it’s probably his favorite gift that I’ve given him in our 17 years together. As it so happens, one of the buckles didn’t want to clamp as designed. But I am so pleased with the customer service from Buckley Belts. I wish I had seen all these one star reviews before ordering as I too ordered the 3 pack as a Christmas gift and they did not arrive on time. Even after research I was unaware they were coming from China. If I had known this I would have ordered elsewhere. Can't rate on quality since not yet received.

Can I rate a 0? Ordered the 3 belt option on 12/11/25. They stated I didn't pay for the addition belt and tried to charge me again until I showed them through my statement that I was charged. On the 18th emailed and asked where was my tracking number. I was assured that the belts were in transit and provided a tracking number and I was then made aware that the company was in China not the Netherlands. It states it was at airport on December 22nd when it was December 21st in the states. 15 hour difference so I get that, however it is still at the airport which now is Dec 24 there in the early AM. It will definitely not get here before Christmas. I understand holidays will delay a day or two but two weeks or more and 7 days before even shipping is started, just WOW! Buyer beware. Times are definitely not accurate and a poor business experience.

Purchased with plenty of time before Christmas. Received no updates or shipping details when I chased I was given a generic we are behind email we’ll update you soon. I asked to cancel the order if it won’t be here before Christmas and was told it can’t be as the order has been ‘processed’ but it hasn’t been picked or shipped yet so now left without a Christmas present for someone as it still isn’t shipped and they still won’t confirm when it will be.

I had placed my order in November and still not recieved item despite this company advertising it would take between 6-9 days for delivery. Ive emailed them and in fairness they did respond but they did not specify where my order was and when it will be delivered. On the website their address is the Netherlands but they actually come from China. Not a legot Company. I paid 80.00euro and I feel like a fool for wasting my money. They are liars. Do not order from here.

SHOCKING SERVICE! I ordered the 3 pack of belts and they were due for delivery on Sunday 30th November by Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday and they said had it marked down as delivered. I contacted them only to be fobbed off each time asking me to wait in case it was delivered. They finally agreed to send it out again on Tuesday and let me know the delivery details…… still no communication with that! I think I will just accept they are not a reputable company and claim back on my credit card. It’s a shame as they look like decent belts too!

All I can say about Buckley belts is if you have any kind of an issue you are on your own. These people don’t seem to understand the English language I’m sorry but they are just absolutely horrible. I ordered a belt they sent me a thing they were sending me the wrong size. I told them before it shipped. They didn’t seem to care it has cost me 20 more dollars to send it back now and I’m still dealing with them after a couple of weeks, it’s horrible service stay away from them by your belt anywhere else, but not from Buckley belt

They ignored me then it has cost me $20 to send the belt back now they want more information. Why don’t they just do their jobs. I’m giving them nothing more. They know everything. Well, it’s been a few weeks now. Still no refund from these people. Don’t expect much if you deal with Buckley belt you will be sorry. I guess that answers the question about looking into it more closely. They don’t do anything nothing no communication with you. They’re just horrible company. and I will not give up they should give me my refund. They screwed up. I shouldn’t be paying for postage. They screwed up.
