Ordered my belts on 1st of december, still not arrived

Ordered my belts on 1st of december, they promise a quick delivery. Still not received two weeks later. Apparently still in transit, it had to be sent from China. Had I known this, I would have picked another brand.

If you want it on time, I suggest to buy somewhere else.

When my original belt buckle broke…

When my original belt buckle broke Buckley tried every excuse to not replace it.
Eventually I got a replacement which now has also broken.
I’ve asked them for a refund of my original purchase which was declined.
DO NOT BUY a Buckley Belt as they are not fit for purpose.
Both belts lasted for less than six months, so much for “the last belt you’ll ever buy”.

Buckley Belts – Disappointing durability and warranty response

I bought three Buckley belts (black, black vegan, brown) in November 2024, attracted by the strong claims that this would be “the last belt you’ll ever need” with a lifetime‑style guarantee on the product, not just a short trial period. After about a year of normal office and casual wear, the belt strap has badly deteriorated and gone out of shape.​

When I contacted customer service, I was told my belt only had a 100‑day warranty and that the previous “lifetime” coverage applied only to the buckle and only to orders before a later cut‑off date, so they refused a replacement and instead offered £10 off a new order. This completely contradicts the impression given by their marketing about long‑term durability and the belt being a one‑time purchase.​

I’m left with a worn‑out belt after roughly a year and a small discount code as compensation, which does not reflect the premium positioning or the promises made when I bought it. Unless Buckley aligns its warranty practice with its advertising and stands behind products that fail this quickly, I cannot recommend them and will be looking elsewhere for a genuinely long‑lasting belt.

The belts themselves are great quality…

The belts themselves are great quality and very well made. However, if you’re purchasing this as a gift (as I did) for Xmas, be aware that the box it comes in may arrive damaged. It would have been a much better experience if the company used sturdier packaging to ship, as the presentation box was distorted and torn on arrival.

Trying to reach the customer service…

Trying to reach the customer service for assistance is so difficult. You email them multiple times with your order details to check for delivery status and all you get in return is the acknowledgment of the email which is automated. They do not reach back to you even after 3-5 days as they claim in their email for reverting within 24 hours.

I have placed my order since a long time and have no clue about the delivery status. What is the point of ordering from them if they cannot ship in time, and even further if they cannot even answer simple email requests

Innovative product but can be faulty

I received two black and one brown belt from Buckley via a gift and a personal order. I love the two black belts - they are easy to adjust to the perfect position. The brown belt kept on slipping and a replacement did the same thing. Buckley tried to tell me that I could not claim after 120 days, which I believe is against UK consumer law.

Great product

CUSTOMER SERVICE

I absolutely LOVE my belt and have been using it for some time. However the buckle broke. I contacted customer services and they were so helpful. No problem whatsoever in sending me a replacement buckle. 10/10 for service and friendliness.

Outstanding quality + customer service

The quality of these belts is amazing. I have found it hard finding belts that don't fall apart quickly, even in the mid to high range. The feel of the buckle clicking is satisfying, and after a year of wear, my belt is still looking and feeling like new.
Just bought some more, and the colour way was not as expected, and instead of getting me to ship it back for a replacement, they refunded me the cost of that portion of the 3 pack. 10/10 customer service from Marla. Thanks Buckley's - would recommend highly!

Leather poor quality

My husband loved his first belt so I bought the pkg of 3 Dec 2024 so I could also give as gifts. The Belts are wonderful but the leather has cracked & layers of leather have separated. I felt that the belt should have lasted longer than a year. He finds himself having to recut the leather as the tightening of the belt causes the leather that holds it into the buckle shreds & doesn’t hold. No more room on belt to cut now. I have contacted customer service & will not do anything because the warranty only good for 100 days.

I posted a review on the 13th of…

I posted a review on the 13th of September complaining about the belt I received; more specifically the way in which the buckle attaches to the belt which allows it to fall off with a very small amount of pressure in the wring direction. The seller responded to my review saying that I should get in touch with them and they would try to find a solution to the problem; however they have not responded to the email which I sent them on the 16th of September asking what they would consider a viable solution.

Very poor customer service on the company's part, saying they would offer a solution and then ignoring the email asking for one.

Excellent belts and customer support!

The quality of the belts is excellent, and the hole-less design is really practical! I totally recommend the brand — the products are 100% worth the money.

Regarding their customer support, I’m also impressed. Recently, I placed an order and received a cognac belt that looked different from the photos on the website. Instead of just replacing it, they immediately offered to send me a new one (in a different color) without any extra fees.
