I bought an item with "faktura" some time ago, but Bubblerrom forgot to send me a bill in one of the months. The month after I contacted them to find out what the problem was, and requested I wanted to pay the full amount. They say it was my mistake and they will still charge me a penalty fee. The "customers care consultant" couldn't a thing and blamed me for their mistake. He could only see I didnt pay and the address was correct. Is it possible that Bubbleroom representatives have an open mind and consider a system failure? I doubt it.
The company will easily wash its hands for a system mistake.
Do not take responsibility of their mistakes.
