Wrong product arrived, Bubbleroom doesn't read return form, now unable to order again

When do I learn to read company reviews before buying anything?

My girlfriend turned 30 by August 25th and I wanted to buy her a Michael Kors Blakely Bucket Bag (Black), which she had wished for her birthday. I ordered the product a few days in advance, hoping it would arrive in time.

The package DID in fact arrive in time... but it didn't contain the correct product, why my girl got really really really dissapointed on her birthday.

So I returned the package to Bubbleroom, filling out the return form specifying in details which product I ordered and which product I wanted in return.

It has now been 12 days since I returned the package. While waiting for a response I've contacted the customer service multiple times to get a status, and every time the response were "We don't know where the package is" or "The package is not yet registred in stock".

Today I called customer service, slightly irritated because of the lack of information. I then learned that they have returned all my money to my bank account, so that I could place a new order. Customer service told me that the people in the stock facility apprently haven't even read my return form!

First: I got NO heads up about the package had arrived at the stock facility, which I specifically demanded.

Seond: I didn't ask for my money back. I specifically asked on the return form which product I wanted in return, and every time I called customer service I informed them about this. But because the staff at the stock facility chose to neglect me as a customer by not reading my words on the return form, money got sent back to my bank account instead of juts sending back the right product as specified on the return form. The result of this stunt is that the money that got returned, paid off a debt on my credit card - leaving me NO F****** CHANCE of placing a new order with new correct product!!! Which haven't even been nessecary in the first place if Bubbleroom have just read the order description or for that matter the return form!

Because of this, I'm now unable to buy my girlfriend the birthday present she wanted for her 30th birthday, and customer service ain't doing anything to sort it out.

Don't buy anything from Bubbleroom.

Nicely suprised

I was so scared about the negative reviews here, I read them after my first order. But, I have to say, everything is ok! Communication with customer service was quick, delivery to Czech Republic took 5 days and the ordered dress looks very nice! Thank you.

I’ve purchased from bubbleroom.eu twice now and I think they’re fantastic. Quick delivery to Ireland and the clothes are great quality and true to size. I bought two items from the bubbleroom brand and I’ll be using them again in the future. Customer service is also excellent

Horrible company!!

Horrible company!!! For so many reasons!

First, the prices for non Swedish customers are way higher, we are talking about 20 euros extra for a piece. Why? That does’t happen anywhere.

They don’t provide tracking number, so you have no clue, where your package is. Why they don’t provide it? Isn’t it shady? Everyone does nowadayas!

In the e-mail they say they deliver the package within 3-5 working days. That’s why I ordered the dress, because I needed them for special occasion. My dress still hasn’t arrived after 8 working days and no one knows, where my package is! I am super angry of and of course, I don’t need the dress anymore, since it was for this special occasion, so if I receive them, I will return them back. I wonder how this will go, I guess it will be another disaster!

Thanks Bubbleroom for screwing so many customers and shame on bloggers that collaborate with this brand.

Do not order anything from Bubbleroom!

Turned out fine

I received my order within a week (Belgium) and I'm quite pleased with the item. So no complaints there, even though I was a little scared when ordering because of the many negative reviews. I don't understand why this company provides no option to get your order sent with a tracking number. That would avoid a lot of uncertainties.

Poor delivery service

First time I used this company and what a shame...I purchased a dress and 2 blouses...that never arrived, it seems that they cannot track my package. Instead I received something that was bought by a lady that lives in Greece (I live in Portugal). Long story short, I returned the wrong package and I have to see if they will reimburse my money for this mistake plus the money of my purchase.

Bubbleroom does not care for their customers in the EU!

Interesting to read that someone else has had exactly the same experience like we did. What ever you do, do not order anything from this company IF you are outside Sweden!!! We live in the EU and ordered before Easter and the parcel has not yet arrived. Today is May 6th! The first parcel was damaged (at least that is what they told us after we had contacted them, normally CS contacts the customer when something goes wrong right?.) And where the second shipment is, is a BIG mystery? Surely Bubbleroom has no clue at all!! Best of all is that the EU customer service does not have a phone number. I e-mailed them but had to speak to the Swedish customer service before they even answered my e-mail. Last time the e-mail of the reshipment stated the tracking number of the first shipment they claimed got lost in the mail??!!! What are they doing? They do not even think before they answer, but they are so sorry as they cannot help us. I have never had to deal with such incompetency and totally inefficient customer service and overall service. They only thing they do well is take the money from your account. Shame on you!

I am truly sorry, I never read the reviews in here

I am truly sorry, that I did not read the reviews here, before I ordered anything from this joke of a company . I placed an order nearly a month ago now and got dispatch notice in few days.Thought I give it a bit more extra for delivery as it was Easter coming up. Easter comes and goes -No parcel , contacted customer service (no answer to my email, but they actually managed to msg back via FB ) I was told (eventually ) that it did not ship and dispatch email was a mistake ?!! And they also advised it has been dispatched again...I still have no parcel and no way tracking it , so contacted them again and was told a different customer service team will contact me ??!! Do yourselves a favor people and DO NOT use this company. Not worth all that hassle ! sure, they take your money, but you prob won't see your delivery

Made a huge order and loved some of the items in it. Some of them did not fit or I did not like the material so I tried returning but as I am in the UK they said this ill be 90 pounds. I contacted Bubbleroom but just got automated responses which did not help my inquiries. Now I am stuck with things worth 250 Euros that do not fit me because it costs another 100 euros to return them.

Its pretty long time ago by now

Its pretty long time ago by now, but i still feel like s h i t.
I ordered a lot of flotte efter my pregnancy. I needed to get in shape.
Problem is, i never received my pack. The delivery guy, delivered it wrong. After a few days, i did find the pack. Had been at one off neighbours, who was at holiday. Problem is, egen i opened the pack, it was f r e a k i n E M P T Y!!!
i had already been in contact with cosumer service, who denied everything. Not their fault.
They even refuse to investigate with the delivery company.
They have sent me a dozen off bills, by now, but i will fight my battle. When they sent it to the incasso company, i will make my case. I really dont belueve they will see it different from my perspective....

bad purchasing experience

bad purchasing experience.
they hire good looking models with tanned skin.
quality of clothes are poor.
service - they don't provide Klarna invoice service. they charge money for invoicing, they charge for returning, they charge for delivery fees which is less than 140euros purchase whereas other online clothes stores provide free delivery over 100euros purchase.
customer service reply is very slow. it took one week to hearing back from customer service - I have to send reminder twice to get a reply which doesn't solve my problem!
Overall conclusion, hiring good looking models to sell cheap clothes and bad shopping experience.

Bad quality dresses and bad service

Bad. I ordered a dress and it arrived after 7 days with a defect. When I returned it, they said they will send a new one within the next 4 days. The dress did not arrive. On top of that, they deliberately return the money and never replied about my dress. Bad service and bad attention. This xoxo greeting is out of the education code. Be serious.

Never gonna buy clothes there again!

Never gonna buy clothes there again!! I have shopped there two times. Both of the times I got bad quality clothes. I considered them as trustable hence why I chose to actually pay more and get what I expect. But I was clearly very wrong. Ain't gonna shop there anymore. We all know and see that the majority of their clothes are made in Bangladesh, India , China aso..that's fine if they only could select the clothes with good quality and those with bad not sell them on to the costumers. Ridiculously high prices to their bad quality clothes. Also shipping was 6euro even though I bought products for almost 250euro . That's pretty disgusting.
