I returned an item i bought because it did not look like what i saw. I didn't know of any return fees until Bubbleroom sent me an invoice of 16. 25 euros for accumulated unpaid return fees. This is the first time i have encountered something like this. It is a terrible service and I cannot recommend your store to anyone. Please kindly look at Zalando and learn from them. Zalando is doing very well, far better than the terrible services you are rendering.
A faulty product was sent to me, and the shop charged me for returning it.

I ordered a dress and was supposed to get a 15% disscount but didnt get any. So i contacted their support but they wont answer.
They got back to me and told me I had to wait for the package to arrive. Today I received a letter from bubbleroom. But instead of being the package i ordered, it was an invoice for additional costs...

The worst customer service! I order a few shirts and chose the delivery option to pick it up from the postal office close to where my boyfriend lives. When they sent me the order confirmation the correct postal office was in the confirmation. When I got the e-mail that the order has been sent, they have suddenly changed the shipping adress to my home adress, and the order will be places outside my door? I don't live at this adress, and tried to explain this to the customer service who did absolutely nothing. Now I have to travel 3 hours to pick up my package and pay a two way ticket with the train. Never buying from this company again

It seems that the return policy is poorly explained on purpose.
Very disappointing, definitely my last purchase on this website.
Edit: Consider hiring someone who actually has experience in customer service.

Apparently you have to pay to return your order if it doesn’t fit, which could be better indicated from the beginning!! Second I actually marked I wanted to exchange to a different size which they say is free of charge when it’s marked on the return label which I did! But apparently they didn’t spot that. And even if they’d correct it I wouldn’t be interested just over the fact that if the second order doesn’t fit right I still have to pay to return it. It’s bull since everyone else has free return policy.

My order came in 5 days, including the weekend! I have nothing to complain about the quality or the delivery. For me personally everything was on point. I bought 2 dresses for a wedding. I really like the designs, they are FINALLY barely covered with flowers or look like a potato bag- sorry! I need to go to a wedding and the only thing I can find online or in the town is either something with flowers or something that is 3 times as big as me. Competitor websites are way too expensive and have boring designs- for me. I bought a very simple dress but man it looks so elegant! I am sending one dress back because it did not fit my shape and if the returning is smooth too, I am definitely coming back :)

Two times I ordered, both times I had problem with my invoices. My latest order ended up in return which I completed in March. On 26th May I obtained invoice stating I need to pay almost 500 SEK even though I returned all so I contacted customer service to question this.
Bubbleroom got back confirming they did mistake but I have still 224 SEK to pay because there is return fee involved and also fee for delay on my payment.
I clarified to them that I only obtained the one invoice on 26th May, with completely wrong sum to pay and that I contacted them directly but they insisted on the payment and referred me to my account where the invoices are stored.
So ended up paying 224 SEK for returned goods :)
I guess I should have checked my account but I think they have little transparency and there is something wrong with their invoicing system. Also, think their customer service could be bit nicer and more understanding.
So shame that the EU store is closed! I personally have only positive experience from the website, customer service and the clothes (I have made several orders and there has been no issues). Hope that the store will open again!
Some things that you could improve:
- Another delivery method than post or at least cheaper delivery (6,00€ is a lot concernig that from Nelly.com offers nearly same price with UPS)
-Equal prices for the clothes with the Swedish bubbleroom. It is a bit unfair that in EU you have to pay much more for the same product.
In any case I would definitely order again from bubbleroom if the site would open again. The loveliest pieces of clothing I have found on any website!

First of all, does any form of a customer support even exist in this company or are we seriously supposed to spam their IG account in hopes that we can get an answer to our questions?
I've made an order for a family member, attempted to return it because the clothes were twice as big than indicated on the sizing chart (also the cost of return is paid by the buyer, you get a partial refund for this only), the package wasn't successfully returned to them, but instead it's left to be picked up at some sort of a supermarket. Is it gonna go back to me? Is someone from bubbleroom gonna get it? Who knows! I am still counting the days to finally see someone taking the package.
I cannot get customer support to respond to my emails, not even to confirm they've accepted my return cost request for a refund. Who knows if I'll even see my money, both for the article and for the shipping back to them. Overall, rookie mistakes, very irresponsible, I should've taken everyone's advice and avoid them at all costs. It feels like talking to a wall, all these mistakes could've been easily avoided if only there was someone to communicate with customers especially when it comes to problems like these.
Not a fan of their return policy, its cost and the fact that we pay 6ish euro for our packages to be shipped in an envelope without receiving a tracking number.. We all know of examples of many other retailers who offer a cost-free and most importantly, efficient return. It's a shame, really. To summarize, you're not gonna be satisfied if 1) you need to talk to CS, 2) you need to return your items. You'll end up losing money for sure, that's inevitable.
EDIT: since I cannot reply to bubblerooms comment, the order number is 15386524. It feels like I am being trolled.. How is sending another email going to be of any help if I have yet to receive a reply to any of the 3 emails I've sent, 2 of which contain proof of postage to partially refund return costs.
Still, none of that explains why the package has been sitting at a supermarket to be picked up. The last thing I need is for the dress to return to me only to have to ship it back to them again. This is crazy! Luckily I paid with paypal so I suppose the least I can get is money for the dress, but this transaction is becoming such a pain in the ass, it's unbelievable. If only there was someone to deal with customers issues in a timely manner. I haven't received a single response except from their IG account which in all honesty can't be enough. The person managing social media of course cannot be in a position to solve cs issues. Nor can they provide anything but general information.
EDIT 2: it has been 11 days since the return package has arrived to Sweden. It's still sitting at the same location, I'm being told I'll be refunded as soon as they receive the package. Which generally makes sense, but not when no one is actually making a tiniest bit of effort to collect the parcel within the last 11 days and who knows how many more will pass.. Good luck to me.

Like some people mention in here, I was very scared after reading all of the negative comments regarding shipping and quality. But I have to say everything went great with my order. It took 7 business days to arrive after being sent, and the customer service was very quick to answer all of my questions. The dress I bought is stunning and the quality is great.
I do have to mention the shipping time referred to me initially was 2-5 business days, so it makes customers very anxious when the order doesn't arrive on time. One way to fix it would definitely be to add a delivery with tracking option. Even if the shipping is more expensive, I do believe most customers would choose it or at least prefer to have that as an option.

I was so scared after reading all this negativ reviews, and not getting a tracking number, after spending over 200€, gave me a bad feeling about my order, because it has to be delivered from Sweden to Germany.
As the package didn't arrive in time, I wrote an e-mail to the customer service. It took a bit longer than 24 hours for them to answer, but it still was okay. They told me that I have to be patient and wait a bit longer, so I did.

And I am positively surprised! The time from payment to arrival was totally fine for me and the dresses I ordered are amazing! I just love how perfect they fit and how great they feel on the skin. They are my new favorite dresses, I will keep them forever and I'm definitely going to order more from bubbleroom.
By the way I feel so sorry for all the customers who had so many problems with this company.
The missing star is for no tracking numbers, because that is a really really REALLY important thing to get your customers faith and trust in you. And the shipment times are not realistic. Just don't tell your customers that they will arrive so fast, because that makes them feel insecure when the package does not arrive in time.
Terrible service, item was lost, they forced me to pay back after 2 months, INCLUDING shipping fee. Would not recommend and will not buy ever again, not flexible at all.
I bought for the first time in this site and I can say I was very scared after reading all the bad comments here. But my experience was good, I didn’t buy anything super expensive or I didn’t need an específic size so it was easy. It was delivered very fast to Finland, it came in 3 days by posti with a tracking number. It included a return label.

True is that u will not get any tracking number and customer service is not reacting to any emails with questions.
But what was important that order was delivered without any issues from Sweden to Czech republic within 1 week.
