Uncapable of delivering neither a tag nor a sensible reply, Brobizz could not think of anything better than to ask for my opinion on them. I will gladly give it here again since they fail to understand. Brobizz, your credibility has dropped through the floor…No risk to go any lower. You have reached the bottom.
Really unbeleivable to get such a foul service from the country boasting top global rankings in pretty much everything…But obviously something is rotten in the state of Denmark if such joke of a company is capable of doing business there. Brobizz, spare me your false replies on how heartbroken you are and how easy it is to contact you….What's the use of contacting if the whole team, starting with CEO Mr. Henrik Heller Esberg is overlooking deliberately customers’ needs? No more wasting time on Brobizz. The only last bit of my effort will be dedicated to reporting their fraudulent “activity” to the relevant authorities.

Brobizz - terrible service
my unbelievable story with Brobizz:
1) Brobizz as an international service provider sends mails, SMS, documents in Danish
2) I ordered Bizz and I had to pay 200 DKK for it. Even that my credit card was verified successfully, from any reason they did not debit money and after some time they sent me reminder to pay 200 DKK + extra fee 100 DKK (of course in Danish)
3) I wanted to have no problems so I paid 300 DKK to their account (their instruction was to follow payment method in the bottom of the PDF - but there was nothing in the bottom of PDF) - so I used their bank account and reffered to my customer number
4) to be sure, I asked them via ticket to confirm me that payment was received and cleared to my account
5) after long time they contacted me but solved nothing
6) I tried communicate with them via phone - no chance to talk to any agent as voice menue is in Danish and no agent is available on line. Then I had a chat with them - they wrote that everything will be fine and that is all. Second chat was interrupted from their side without any solution. Also response to the ticket via mail was stopped from their side
7) then I received 2nd reminder - with another extra fee 100 DKK and then my account was blocked. So in the middle of my journey they cut me off from the service
8) and then I received SMS, that my debt will be passed to debt collecting company!
Summary: because of not functional support and chaos on their side I did not probably pay all tolls on my journey - so here I expect problems, and I have some debts at some debt collecting company. Really nice!
2 ticket created, 2 chats interrupted, many my mails not answered.
My next step is an official complain letter to Brobizz board - but what can I expect from them?

Very bad costumer service!
I traveld trough Denmark, Sweden and Norway and put my (valid) creditcard in the Brobiz account created and connected to the tolbadge.
I receive all emails from Brobiz I dont understand because they are in Danisch wich I dont speak! It looks like they are treatening with cash collectors or so, dont know why because I have a valid creditcard in the account to pay with.
Send couple of weeks ago e-mails, but never got a reply. If I try to call them I have like 20+ people waiting in front of me.
This company is an absolute joke with the worse costumer service I have ever seen in my life
Not recommended at all!

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Doesn't provide any help nor assistance. It feels like a true state-owned monopolistic soviet style organisation.
If there was a second choice - I would go for it. I cannot recommend spend time nor money supporting this organisation.

No customer service available.
I wrote two mails to their customer department but received no reaction. Therefore I tried to call their customer department twice. One time I was customer #48, second I was customer #36. Waiting costs to much time.
They certainly don't like their customers!

Chaos
Even so I registered with the correct Address, the Bizz was sent to the wrong Address and is now lost in the post system.
7 Days before we wanted to leave for Denmark I contacted the Helpdesk to correct it and I was told a new Bizz will be sent right away. Now its 2 days before we want to leave and I wanted to know if the package can be tracked just to find out that it hasn‘t been sent at all. Did you run out of Bizz to send to your customers?

No Kommunikation or reaction to my mails and calls for months, I always tried again and got other case No. but no answer. Afterwards they apologied but I have to pay higher toll fees. In the meantime the phone hotline from brobizz for private clients was canceled... This is very bad service. I will report in all media in germany.

I just don’t understand why I get an invoice as my American Expres card is approved and valid. Having to pay these bills from my Dutch bank account implies extra transfer costs. Furthermore: it seems to be impossible to get a human being on the phone to express my concerns. You could do a lot better also sending these messages in English.

Crossing from Danmark to Sweden?…
Crossing from Fyn to Seeland it did not worked although the commuter bleeped. The guard had to open the gate manually using the commuter in his hand.

Very poor customer service
It takes a lot to get me to write a review, but people need to know how bad the customer service is at BroBizz Denmark. I had a charge I wanted to dispute (as I no longer owned the vehicle when I was charged for crossing a bridge). I filed an online request which they never responded to. Then I tried to file a second one to follow up two weeks later, and the online tool no longer works. They send you to a chat which does not help (says cant do anything about the topic with no explanation as to why). And the phone line I have waited for over an hour to get a response (one time I had to hang up, two other times when I go from 20+ in the queue to 3 or 4, the line all of a sudden hangs up). Previous reviews (under BrobBizz DK) are really bad. And that has been my experience as well.
