There is no return right!
It’s embarrassing that such this company didn’t pay attention to costumers! It’s my second comment about this awful company as they didn’t respect to costumers! They deleted my account mistakenly and ask me to return my bizz but it has be around 3months soon that they didn’t pay me back!!

Appalling technology and service

App not working. Website not working. Customer service via mail takes days to respond, or you can wait in phone queue for 4 hours!
Very confusing terminology- brobizz, bizz and what can be used for which bridge.
Very embarrassing that such a large company does not have technology to properly run a service.

No responsibility for unauthorised charges?..

Brobizz payment worked fine a few times before, but then Brobizz attempted an unauthorised charge on my card. Now my Brobizz account is blocked and there is no reply from customer support, just debt collection attempts for the unauthorised charge. Even contact via chat that is recommended as the best contact option is not working. How capable and serious are the people running this company?..

I am sorry to hear that you have been charged an amount for a trip or other usage that you do not agree with. If we can't charge an amount automatically on your payment card, we will instead send you an invoice that you need to pay manually.

When you order a bizz or number plate payment, you add a payment card from where we can charge all of the trips and potential fees for any add on discount agreements. This happens without you needing to verify every transaction which is one of the biggest reasons of having a bizz/number plate payment.

Brobizz is so to say just a payment agreement and does not determine the prices on the ferries and bridges. The amount that is charged through your bizz agreement is collected on behalf of the ferry or bridge.

If you have been charged the wrong amount for a trip on a ferry or a bridge, you will need to contact the customer service on the specific ferry or bridge. You can read more on our website here:

DKK 447 deducted instead of DKK 225.

The Helsingør-Helsingborg crossing was supposed to cost DKK 225, but I was charged DKK 447.

On the way back, 29-May-2023, I was charged 603 SEK, which is also about double price.

Unfortunately, many of the people I know are also charged double price at the Helsingør-Helsingborg crossing. Why does BroBizz work so poorly?

Avoid Brobizz to cross Oresund bridge

Turns out if you hire a car at Copenhagen airport you won't be able to use this to cross Oresund bridge because you have to enter your plate number to apply for the annual bridge fee. By the way, you then have to pay for each crossing so unless you are using this multiple times there is no saving and it is a lot of hassle. I've tried three times to ask if there is a way around this and have no reply from Brobizz, I've even called the so-called English speaking line which replies in Danish.
I have also just found out Europcar, who we are renting a car from at Copenhagen airport, sell bridge tickets and offer a DKK 150 discount ! Wish I'd known beforehand.

UPDATE 23/05/23. In reply to your reply Oskar, you clearly do NOT try to help your customers. I have waited weeks for a reply to my question and a week so far to confirm my cancellation. You only respond on Trustpilot. How can anyone trust a company that behaves likes you?

UPDATE 19/06/23 It took Brobizz 4 weeks to respnd to my message and then they told they couldn't answer the question. I am still, 5 weeks later waiting for a reply to my second question as to why they keep reminding me to update my card details when it is clearly still in date and whether they will refund my fee. They only respond to Trustpilot complaints. Are they crooks, incompetent, lazy, arrogant or callous? I think all five.

Number plate payment not working upon return

The number plate payment did not work upon return from Sjælland to Jutland at around 1 AM. The day before, at around 2PM the number plate payment worked just fine for the same car. After trying 2 express lane gates, we ended up paying 270 DKK by bank card. It's infuriating because we should have paid 40 DKK with the bizz.
Just an hour earlier we exited a parking house in Copenhagen, where we payed after our number plate was scanned, so it can not be argued that the numberplate was not clean enough.
Very dissapointed.

There could be several reasons why there are issues with your number plate payment. For instance, it could be due to damage or dirt on your number plate to an extent that the payment facility is unable to scan it.

If that is the case, please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the number plate can be scanned.

However, I would recommend that you file a complaint with Storebælt if you believe that your number plate could have been scanned at the time of crossing.

You can do so via this link, where you should use the form "Wrong price": https://storebaelt.dk/en/help/prices-and-discounts/what-do-i-do-if-i-ve-been-charged-the-wrong-amount/

It will then be up to Storebælt's customer service to investigate the matter and decide whether you can get a refund of the amount you believe you have paid too much.

If you find yourself in the same situation in the future, I would suggest pressing the help button located on the payment facility. This will connect you with a staff member who can help you manually register your number plate.
