Confident that I know what I was paying for
The process was very long and detailed, which I understand was necessary for a number of reasons. However, I was confident of what I was getting before paying so no complaint.
The price was slightly higher than advertised.

Ronnie was very helpful with the planning of our future trip. He checked for the best prices, flight times, and accommodation which took the responsibility from me. He arranged our transfers from the airport and included breakfast which was a bonus.

Half Term Cruise …
I emailed an enquiry and had a reply apology for not replying to me on the same day, also requesting my telephone number to contact me
I was contacted and after discussing what my plans were. I was given another choice and date. Which after discussion with my son we done the booking.
