once called in, was on our rescue straight away and regular updated on our progress and also called by our driver when near us.

The speed of service was outstanding

The speed of service was outstanding, my car was taken to a mechanic within an hour of calling. Very professional service and customer care.

Home start service

My car wouldn’t start I called Britannia Rescue as I had chosen it November 2025 as my provider following researching a suitable service for my needs The service I received was excellent The rescue mechanic arrived at my home ( I have the home start element of insurance) and was able to diagnose the fault within 10 mins He suggested a couple of solutions and basically I was able to get a new battery fitted and was able to use my car again all within the space of 2 hours Both Muhammad the agent at Britannia and Brad the mechanic were helpful and respectful with me as an elderly female I can’t thank them enough for their patience and understanding I whole heartily recommend this company

First Class Experience for Home Start

Unfortunately needed a home start (flat battery) on an 18 month old Toyota Hybrid!
Britannia Rescue attended my needs in 20 mins and got me on my way!
Couldn’t ask for a better more efficient service!

Simply the Best.

My call was answered immediately by a very competent and helpful agent and help arrived just 20 minutes later. The Rescue Agent was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my problem very quickly. This was the first time I have called for roadside assistance in over ten years and I was genuinely surprised at how professional, competent and helpful Britannia Rescue is, from start to finish. Outstanding service.

Caring, Considerate and Reassuring.

As a single female driver I really appreciated the fact that the company checked back with me on a regular basis until I was safely on my way home. The recovery driver was kind and considerate and advised me on other issue relating to my car. An excellent all round service for which I am very appreciative.

Broke down in the middle of a camping field

Broke down in the middle of a camping field on the coast in the middle of nowhere on the edge of the Lake District. We were given a time of 2 hours but there was an agent there in 20 minutes because he just happened to be in the area. It was an EV battery which was flat and the car was up and running in minutes. Highly recommended.

If it was based upon the lovely…

If it was based upon the lovely gentleman who assisted me on the phone and the great mechanic who fixed the problem it would be 5 stars. It was the more than 2.5 hour wait after a 13 hour shift that let them down.

Stress free recovery.

Once again, a great stress free breakdown, i cant recommend Britania enough, always effecient and proffesional full 5 star treatment.

Left my wife on the side of the road alone

My wife broke down at 9pm taking the car to the mot centre the night before as I set off to work at 5am and can’t do it in the morning. They won’t assist as the cars mot is out of date( by less than a week).

She is there on her own and this “breakdown service” is finding ways to get out of helping. You can tell they are owned by an insurance company.

I paid for the all singing all dancing package and nothing!
