What a nightmare from start to finish
What a nightmare from start to finish. Christian took four weeks to give us incorrect information, review our materials and refuse to return our calls and emails and then went on leave with no notice, first lying to his supervisor that he had not heard from us. Then we were given to Ted, who spent two weeks doing nothing and then offered us an “Islamic Mortgage” at 8.06 percent interest that he also said he knew nothing about, could not provide advice for, and further, we would have to contact them ourselves, as he could not help. And then he said—that’s all we can do. So, six weeks of utter incompetence. We have excellent credit, cashflow and standing.
I had read poor reviews online but had not believed them.
BELIEVE THEM.
Updated to advise you against the excuses below: the next mortgage company resolved this in TWO DAYS and remarked that the Brilliant people simply do not know the law.

We should have communicated the process in the UK and the possible timelines involved in this country better (as well as the complexities of the scenario). Your previous mortgage adviser was unable to assist at all and we were able to obtain a possible solution for you, albeit an unusual one. Yes, this was identified after a significant amount of time (and effort) but that is primarily due to the complexities of your scenario (when viewed from the UK). It was the only solution available at that time and it is a shame that this was not acceptable to you; that element is certainly beyond our control.

Excellent service with knowledgeable staffs
Philip was brilliant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get us the offer we needed within the boundaries of our budget. He was always available to speak and we completed the process in no time.
The full application went in about 4pm Friday 18th & the mortgage offer was issued 5pm Tuesday 22nd so we had the offer within two working days ! That's amazing.

Excellent service
We recently used Brilliant Money as first time buyers who are self employed. Sam was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped advise and guide us through the process which we thought would be stressful he made as easy and stress free as possible. The online portal was really useful as we are in London and not close by and the communication from Sam and team all the way through was second to none. Always on the Ball
Being a Landlord for quite some time now, I have dealt with many Mortgage Brokers, but I have finally found the most efficient and organised Brokers out there ( Brilliant Money).A Family member recommended them a few years back and I have been so happy with there services. They have always found me amazing rates and always respond to emails instantly.

Really brilliant service
Really brilliant service! I dealt with three people from the office during a property purchase. All three were super helpful, honest and straight forward. It's a welcome and refreshing change when there are estate agents involved ;-)
They were in the middle, proactively chasing and pushing things through. Leanne was a fantastic help and great do deal with by phone and by email.
More than happy to recommend based on my experience with them.

BRILLIANT as their name suggests
what a phenomenal service we received from Brilliant Money, as first time buyers we were clueless about the procedure of applying for a mortgage and they walked us through the whole process, even some areas/queries that were not their speciality they were always more than happy to help and point us in the right direction, they even helped us find solicitors and they always chased up on our behalf to make sure everything is completed on time and smoothly. Applying for a mortgage can be very stressful and these guys are very reassuring. Magnificent service from Ema Rees and Leanne Rees.
