Great set
I ordered the Sofie set originally but it was way too small / revealing so I chatted with customer service and they helped me pick out the Capri style in a different size and it fits perfectly.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service following accidentally ordering two of the same bikini.
Communication started okay but now I am getting no response and the matter has been going on for 2 weeks. They still haven’t given me return information and I go on holiday tomorrow.
I have requested a refund which although is not in line with their ‘policy’ I believe that is my legal right since the package is intact so there are no ‘hygene’ exemptions.
Rather than resolve this issue in a positive way they have just ignored me.
The bikinis are okay, my daughters like them however this experience has been so bad I will not buy them bikinis from there in the future.

Amazing suits and customer service
I am a first time customer with Bright swimwear after eyeing up their bathing suits over the last couple of years! I purchased two bikinis (M Capri Bottoms and S Freya and S Sophie top). The quality of the bathing suits are great- the stitching is super clean and patterns are beautiful. I absolutely love to fit of the Capri bottoms, but found the tops to be snug around my rib cage. I reached out to customer service (Alexia) and had an amazing experience! She was prompt in her response and shipped me two medium tops free of charge and told me to gift or donate the small tops I had initially received. Would absolutely recommend this brand! Will definitely be purchasing again!

Bad costumer service
I purchased during a valentine’s day sale but my bikini was apart of a new collection and was full price. when i got the bikini i didn’t really like it and they said they said it was against policy for me to exchange. After going back and fourth they said they would let me exchange but then never emailed me again. It took atleast 2-3 days in between for them to even write me back. they do not have good costumer service

Poor customer service
Purchased a suit during a sale. Received the top and it was a horrible fit, gapping under the arms. Requested to exchange for another style top and was told the item was final sale because it was purchased during a sale. The was no notice of FINAL SALE throughout the purchase process or on my order confirmation. Be aware of bad-fitting suits and poor customer service.
Update: the company did come back and offer me a discount if I purchased another item, after I left an unfavorable review. But I did not want to spend additional money and purchase an additional piece, I just wanted a suit that fit.

Terrible brand I would never shop at
Terrible brand I would never shop at again. Does not disclose their return policy until after you buy something. Heads up- you can only exchange items. Then when requesting an exchange they will charge your credit card for additional charges without your consent. Terrible company.

The best bikinis but also the best customer service!
This Company has some of the best customer service I've experienced - very responsive and always super helpful. I have had to arrange exchanges occasionally and they've been so kind as to gift me the item to pass on to a friend if I wanted, to assist with reducing the emission of global warming air pollutants affecting our environment. This is the kind of attitude that means I continue to be a returning customer.

I’m really disappointed
I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Bright Swimwear. The sizing is not accurate at all. For reference, I’m 5’6”, about 130 lbs, with a 27-inch waist and some hips. I ordered a medium in the Zara and Freya tops in Matcha, along with the Sofi bottoms, and everything was extremely tight and uncomfortable. I was honestly shocked, I never would have expected to need a large based on their size guide.
What makes it more frustrating is the return policy. I specifically remember reading that returns were refunded to the original form of payment, which gave me confidence to place the order. I don’t like shopping with companies that only offer store credit, especially when sizing can be inconsistent. I purchased during the Valentine’s Day sale, and the items I wanted were marked “final sale.” Typically, “final sale” suggests something won’t be restocked and is limited inventory so I went ahead and ordered, thinking it was now or never.
When the swimsuit didn’t fit, I reached out hoping to at least exchange for a larger size so I wouldn’t lose my money. I was told no exchanges or returns because it was final sale. The frustrating part is that the exact same items in the same color are currently listed on their website at full price and fully stocked. That makes it feel less like a clearance situation and more like a tactic to prevent customers from exchanging during promotional sales.
On top of that, the tops don’t have padding, which isn’t mentioned clearly and is something many people prefer for coverage.
Overall, between the inaccurate sizing, strict final sale policy, and lack of flexibility with exchanges, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Bright Swimwear.

The sizes run very small, so you have to guess right the first time, because the exchange and return policy is outrageous. You only get store credit, and if you exchange a size on an order, you can't return anything else.

Horrible return policy and small sizes.
Very cute bikinis (I have bought several) but most of them are not TTS, very small in sizes and very little coverage especially for bigger busts. Watch out also for the return policy as they only offer exchanges and you have to email with them which is just not worth the trouble in my opinion. They also hide comments on Instagram which I find suspicious and not transparent. Will most likely not buy again from this company.

Terrible which is such a shame because they have such cute designs
The sizing is all off. I ordered what I would usually order from a different retailer and it would fit perfectly in this case they were way too small. Due to it being a Valentines sale I was informed this counts as a Final sale (even though there is no disclosure that all sales are final sales) which also means I apparently can’t have a refund or an exchange for the items. Which makes even less sense since when I requested the exchange the sale was still on and the items were the same price so it wouldn’t have affected the business.
I’ve completed some further reading and have confirmed that with UK government trading standards I am still entitled for a refund if I request one and that their policy is quite literally illegal. I’ve emailed them this about 3 days ago expecting a prompt response as previously with my return enquiry however I’ve been simply ignored and non of my concerns have been addressed. I’m very concerned that other people may experience the same unfair treatment and not be able to return/exchange their products when they can’t use them. Terrible customer service and policy. Never buying from here again!

Illegal store policy according to EU law
Just a heads-up for anyone buying in the EU—this company doesn't seem to think the law applies to them.
I tried to return a swimsuit that didn't fit, and they tried to block it by claiming "Final Sale." When I pointed out that EU law (and Danish law) gives me a 14-day right to a refund, they offered me a measly 50% store credit as a "favour."
Let’s be clear: offering partial credit instead of a full refund is illegal. My hygiene seal is still perfectly intact, so they have zero excuses under Article 16(e).
They’re essentially trying to trick customers into giving up their basic legal rights.
If they pull this with you, don't settle for their credit- just contact your bank and start a chargeback for a "breach of consumer rights."
