Amazing customer service! I had placed an order online and a couple of bikini bottoms but when they came they were too small! My top was too large so I emailed about an exchange. It may have taken a week for them to get back to me via email but there was also a holiday! They are sending me a bigger size and also letting me keep the small size to gift as a gift from them! Will be ordering more! Amazing customer service

This is the worst shop ever
This is the worst shop ever. Do not buy anything here! You are not able to try on the bikini’s once received. I am in contact with them for over 2 months now, finally got the return details, send back the whole package and now I dont get my money back because it is not in the plastic packaging. Worst customer service I have experienced ever!!!

Will not be ordering from them again
Will not be ordering from them again. Sizing is so off, everything runs not only 2 but maybe 3 sizes too small. I have tried to get in touch with customer service in a timely manner because I have a trip coming up that I ordered the suit for to no avail. Was trying to exchange... even though I already ordered the same size that I had exchanged for last time... because their policy doesn't allow returns. Would just return and be done with this if that was possible!

Nice quality bikini and customer service :) Took a while to get a response about an exchange since they were busy but they were very nice, helpful and understanding when they finally did respond. They let me keep the original bikini since what I wanted to exchange with went out of stock.

I had such an amazing experience with Bright Swimwear!
The customer service was absolutely wonderful, especially Adele, who was so kind and helpful throughout my exchange process. I originally had some sizing issues, and the team handled everything so smoothly and professionally.
What really impressed me was their incredible commercial gesture: they processed my exchange quickly and even allowed me to keep my original bikini as a complimentary gift. This level of kindness and customer care is truly rare.
Their bikinis are absolutely beautiful, and this experience made me want to continue ordering from them in the future.

Super easy to shop on this website, especially when they have such easy fitting and comfy suits. I had an oopsie on an order and contacted customer support. Adele was extremely helpful!
