I’ve had an amazing experience as for when my products didn’t fit right and i didn’t have the qualifications for a return or exchange they sent me new ones for a very low price. I have never been so pleased with a company as much as i am for this one!

Being that I work in the customer service industry, I really appreciate & recognize a company with good customer service. In this case, I needed to return & exchange some pieces as it was my first time ordering. Alexia was so quick with communication & extremely helpful. In addition to their customer service, their bikinis are so cute & I can’t wait to rock them all summer!

Had issues with sizing and they immediately helped and fixed the issue with no cost to me!

Great quality swimwear, easy to navigate site, good shipping time and even better customer service. Will deff be purchasing from them again soon!

I had to size down a bikini top and Adele was so helpful with replying quickly to my request for an exchange and she shipped out the correct size top within a few days!

They replied to your emails, very fast and are very understanding of what you need to do and very nice

Absolutely incredible customer service. I was missing an item in my order but customer support responded within a few hours (super quick).

After trying on all my pieces, I wanted to exchange some items because some were to small or didn't compliment my body type. Customer support informed me that they were in the middle of restructuring their return policy so they let me keep ALL of my items because they wanted to reduce carbon emission.

I spent nearly $300 and they sent me a gift card for my entire order back so I could repurchase other styles that better suited me! Literally have never had customer support as wonderful as this and my impression of the brand has really elevated due to this experience. Thank you so much Bright Swimwear!!!

And also yes the swimsuits are cute, well made, and affordably priced which is what drew me in initially but this experience has made me a long term customer.

This company is the absolute worst. I purchased a bikini and 2 sizes for the bottoms in case I needed to size up because i had never used this company before. The bikini was incredibly skimpy (tops and bottoms) even though I sized up and purchased the 'modest' fit. I'm a size 4 and it barely covers anything. I asked for a refund and they only issue store credit despite 1) There is no notification at sale that any purchase is store credit only 2) they have a very limited product selection which does not justify a store credit only situation. I explained my situation to the customer service person and they enforced a store credit only even though they did not offer a bikini with more coverage and my merchandise is in perfect condition with tags on.

I've purchased from Bright Swimwear multiple times now and never had any issues! Love love love their bikinis. I also had to email about an inquiry and Adele was so helpful! Will continue to buy all my bikinis from them :)

Extremely misleading return policy, feels like a scam.

I purchased from Bright Swimwear assuming, like with most legitimate online brands, that I would be able to request a refund if the item didn’t work out. Only after receiving my order did I discover that they do not offer refunds at all, only exchanges or store credit.

While this may technically be mentioned somewhere in their return policy, it is not clearly disclosed during the checkout or purchasing flow, which is where this information actually matters to consumers. Had this been made explicit before payment, I would not have placed the order.

In my experience, this lack of transparency is misleading and feels intentionally designed to trap customers into store credit. Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised the issue.

I strongly advise anyone considering this brand to read the return policy very carefully before purchasing, or avoid altogether if you expect fair, standard consumer practices.

I ordered 2 bikinis, but the tops were too small so I contacted the support team. They have been really helpful and nice and I would definetly order again!

Customer service replied promptly when I reached out about an exchange. They sent me the new piece no questions asked and let me keep the current piece due to a change in their return policies!

I’m excited to see they are changing their return policy as well, as bikinis can be tricky and fit every body type different. I was originally hesitant to order because I didn’t want to be stuck with something that didn’t fit.

Absolutely stunning bikinis! A bit on the pricier side but amazing quality and colors. I ordered a size large but needed to size up, they helped me with the exchange and what model to pick and size specifically for my measurements. Super nice and fast help!

They sent me my exchange free of charge and let me keep the other item! Great company with amazing patterns!

Their customer service is so good. They responded so fast when I reached out regarding a size exchange, and were so kind and generous throughout the process. The bikini itself is so cute and feels durable. I'll be getting more for sure, and the way they were so prompt with responses made it all the better

I ordered a bikini from them, and it’s really beautiful. It was shipped immediately and arrived within just a few days. I ordered the bikini bottoms in the wrong size, and they sent a new one right away. I was allowed to keep the original bikini bottoms as well. Really great customer service.
