I moved from Austria to UK with mainly boxes and a few items of furniture. The initial assessment was done via video chat with Anna, the quote I got was reasonable also in comparison to other quotes I received. Communication was great, and I was able to add an item later into the move at no additional cost. Bright Removals took care of everything, the movers were very friendly and none of our things got damaged in the process apart from a small chip in one piece of furniture.

I worry about a lot of things so when we decided to move to Germany, the biggest worry/mission was to find the reliable removal company. There are many removal companies out there and after having done through research and read all reviews, I contacted 10+ companies. Bright Removals was always very quick to respond but was never pushy and with their competitive quote, I decided to go with them.

From the very first contact until the day we received our belongings, communication was impeccable. They will always respond to my emails within 1-2 days and provide answers to all my questions. I was also worried about the custom after Brexit but again, they knew exactly what to do and we just had to provide documents they asked. On the day of collection, they came right on time and two friendly gentlemen loaded their truck quickly. They also wrapped 1-2 things that were difficult to pack with large cling film so it won’t get damaged during the transit. I was kept updated on delivery date/time and exactly 2 weeks later, they delivered our boxes right on time (again!). All the boxes were in very good condition - in fact, not a single box was damaged!!

I am so happy that we chose Bright Removals, they have been so efficient, reliable and everything went so smooth (to my surprise)! I will definitely use them again for my future relocation.

Highly recommended!! We moved from London to Frankfurt and Paul took care of all the paperwork and customs. Brexit made it difficult but Paul and his team made it very easy for us. Many thanks for that! We also used their packing service which was worth the money. They even build up furnitures which they build down before. This was of great help to us.

We had a great experience with Paul and his team when moving from Germany to the UK. The initial quote was fast and reasonable, and they understood that we didn't yet have a completed list of items. The customer service prior to the move was excellent, they helped us with the documentation for customs and provided advice, and were flexible around our needs. The pickup was seamless - they arrived exactly on time and took care of all of our big and bulky items, and it was delivered to us with no issues whatsoever. The team were super friendly and efficient.

I moved from London to Munich with a few boxes, so a simple removal. They were responsive, quick and bang on time. They took care of the Brexit formalities and I had no issues once all the documentation was provided.
