I chose Bright Removals to move furniture and boxes from UK to Germany. Communication was always swift and friendly. Everything went absolutely fine with the documentation, even though it was slightly tricky in my case - no problem for Anna and Paul and their brilliant team.
My belongings ware professionally packed and handled very carefully and transport between countries was incredibly quick! I had everything less than 48 hours later!

I recently used Bright Removals for a full house move from Germany to the UK. The service was absolutely superb, Anna was my main contact, she kept me fully informed throughout the process and ensured that in these post Brexit days that all necessary documentation was completed when required. The two removal teams at the German and UK ends were extremely professional and worked very hard.

We've moved from a huge house in Germany to a smaller house in Maidenhead UK, and all worries we had about this were completely unnecessary, because we made the perfect choice of moving with Bright Removals. They were perfect in every way, video survey, nothing was too much of a hassle, answering all our questions patiently. The crew in Germany was as fantastic as the crew in UK, everything happened exactly where and when it was supposed to happen. Everything arrived in one piece exactly on time. I can't thank them enough, my 22nd move was by far the smoothest!

I was very pleased with bright movers. They were polite, professional and made the experience of moving very smooth. I was impressed how helpful they were, laying out the furniture in the rooms and even helping me unpack my car. I made the right choice selecting bright movers and will be recommending them.

I was supported every step of the way with regards to having the correct documents. I was given a pickup / delivery window a couple of days before and the movers confirmed a couple of hours before on the day. Everything arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up.

I had a lot of extra requirements as thanks to Covid I couldn't be at the pickup point and not everything was properly packed. Brightremovals delivered on time, packaged my loose items securely and everything made it to my door. They even did all the customs stuff for me.

We were very happy with the service from Bright Removals. Everything was very well organised, the communication was excellent and the move itself went very smoothly. We were moving from Munich to Edinburgh so this was a fairly big undertaking.

We decided not to try to return to the UK during all the CV19 lockdowns etc to pack and move out of our house, so we had Bright Removals pack our house it all for us! Our housesitter videoed the contents for Bright Removals so they could quote and estimate delivery etc. They then packed and transported our belongings to our new home in Denmark. Slightly stressful to do it all virtually - I think I even left dirty dishes in the sink! haha But Paul and the team dealt with everything without a glitch. After packing the house of all our belongings it went into storage until our apartment in Denmark was ready for us to move in. Lots of moving parts to the whole relocation but Bright handled everything without stress, breakages, or errors at all. SUPER happy with the whole team, Thank you so much Paul and Anna.

Despite Covid and Brexit, everything went smoothly and was dealt with very professionally. Excellent time-keeping at both ends (pick-up and delivery). One small set-back: one from the delivery crew ignored all the labels on the boxes and the rooms, so quite a few boxes ended up all over the place. But this was nothing in the grand scheme of the move. Just s slight irritation...
