Incorrect NB trainers
Incorrect NB trainers sent thankfully I checked shortly after collecting. Refunded but as sold out online no offer to try to source or compensate for their mistake. This is my second bad experience with orders online from size where previously they were cancelled last minute

We are sorry to hear you received the incorrect item, we can understand how frustrating this can be. Orders can be cancelled from time to time, this is covered within our Terms and Conditions as stock may vary.
We are unable to replace orders as the system no longer allows this to happen, therefore this was refunded accordingly.
