The best beers direct from some of the best breweries in the UK, straight to your door. An ever rotating range of some smaller interesting breweries paired with the site's resident breweries who represent the cutting edge of UK craft. If you ever have any issues (when you've ordered as much beer from them as I have over the years something is bound to go wrong at some point) Ash and Olly are always on hand solving issues promptly and satisfactorily. If you're ever overwhelmed by the choice on the site too then they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

Had a small issue with my order and got a reply literally immediately with a resolution. Looking forward to getting stuck into my beers!

Quality of beers available is excellent. Range of breweries great and I have had no problems with delivery. Two minor gripes. The new website is not as intuitive as the previous and fewer breweries available all the time. Not happy when breweries include AF beers in mixed cases.

Have used brewser for over 6 months now. Always good beer choices and reliable delivery. If you want to pause a month you can which I find a great option as I sometimes don’t drink all the beer in time

With BrewserV2 the selection is not as good as it was and web site is a bit weird. But there's usually something interesting to buy. If you don't pick your own case you get a random selection which some people will be happy with but not if you have specific tastes.

Superb, customer-focused and brewery supporting subscription service. Constantly rotating beer selection where you can have superb choice with high degree of confidence the beer is going to be amazing. Have been a subscriber for a long time and this is so much better than all other options out there in my opinion.

Really great customer service from experience. I ordered a certain box and then realised it was the wrong one and wanted to change it. The team kindly changed the order to what I needed.

Have been with Brewser for some time now and I find it to be the best beer subscription service around. I really like their model whereby you buy a range of beers from one specific brewery at a time, rather than single cans from multiple breweries (where I find you tend to get lots of "filler").
They've produced some really innovative special boxes - like the recent blind tasting Project X box - and they regularly include some great collabs between breweries.
I've interacted with customer services a few times and their response is always quick, polite and very helpful - so a special shout out to Ash for that!
Would definitely recommend to any beer enthusiast 🙂

Really impressed with Brewser. I've been ordering cases from them for over 12 months now. Love the beers and the selection available, and their customer service has always been exemplary. I think the concept of supporting various UK breweries, and offering a full range of their available beer styles is brilliant. Keep up the good work

Fantastic company to deal with. Customer Service is always quick and efficient. And the beers are (mostly) outstanding. I can't see myself cancelling the subscription any time soon. Decent beers at the end of every month, what more could a man want...

Excellent Customer Service
My packages were (unsurprisingly) lost by Evri, but Ash was super helpful and had replacements sent out immediately. Really good communication throughout. And excellent beers at the end.

Having had last months Surprise Box sent back to the brewery , damaged, by Evri and not receiving a replacement I tried to contact Brewser. I had no luck because the Help button on their Website was not working. Eventually, Brewser got it fixed and I spoke with Ash. Within half an hour he had arranged for me to get two Surprise Boxes this month. Thank you, Ash

Ordered a box of beers on the 9th of December not turned up as of yet emailed the company no response at all
All I want is a refund as I'm clearly not getting my parcel as it was a Christmas box I will not be using this company again.

The staff at brewser are particularly helpful . Ash creative and customer executive went out of his way to help me twice by ringing me up to help me with ordering issues (mainly me) and to order extra beers would highly recommend this service been with them for two years plus now 😀

Some excellent breweries on offer from Brewser. Including exclusive collaborations with breweries. The discovery box are great value for money starting at £29.
If any problems arise,which are rare and never in my opinion the fault of Brewser, they are always resolved quickly and satisfactory.

There was an issue with a gift voucher received as a present which the robot couldn't resolve but Ash from customer service sorted this out at the earliest possible opportunity at a busy time (Christmas). The beer selection is good with a number of different packs to choose from.

Really pleased about finding this company, they give you the opportunity to buy and get to taste some amazing craft beers from some of the best breweries. You can amend your order very easily to suit your requirements. Recently I had a delivery issue, it was later than expected and when queried it they were so very rapid with their feedback with an update and a good reason for the delay. Would definitely recommend this company

Great customer service at all times. I've contacted Brewser a few times, sometimes down to silly mistakes I've made with an order. They have always been courteous and responsive and willing to help.
