Poor design. With only a little water, it filters through so quick that the coffee is so weak no matter how long you leave it. It says leave 8 minutes, but there's no point the water has already drained past the filter part and just sits at the bottom getting cold! Tried squeezing bottom to push water back up, but with only about 20g of coffee you're not going to get much flavour. Also despite claiming to be reusable, no amount of rinsing removes the spent coffee stuck in the corners of the filter part! Waste of time and poor value.

Diabolical company. Ordered my goods at the end of November and I have only just received them (3rd Jan). They tried to blame Royal Mail for the delay when in actual fact the goods hadn’t even arrived in the UK. As soon as the goods arrived in the UK they only took a week to arrive ( despite Christmas) the customer service is despicable with them holding on to the the fact that they are a small company and therefore have done everything they can and will not be doing anymore to help. Very poor, I will never order from you again!

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive, from the time when it was ordered. Customer services, who I was speaking to via email Eliza, showed hardly any form good customer service or common decency to make things right. So inform you what had happened ordered my item on a Friday afternoon. Email received on Monday to say the item is gonna on the way. Another email soon after say that it is be ready to be shipped and dispatched. To my surprise I receive a email from customers service, thanking me for my or order and I quote” Unfortunately, I have to inform you that due to some unforeseen circumstances, thar my item will only be dispatched to me in the end of September! I asked her what is this unforeseen circumstance that could cause this, and why I did I received email stating it was ready to be dispatched. So I didn’t get any information about this “unforeseen circumstance” and that the email was generated by accident! My guess is that someone messed up my order, within that time frame either misplaced my order as it was given to someone else to buy or was missing to by someone. The only solution they other me was either to cancel it or wait! No offer of any kind of compensation, token or a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience they have caused, and the long delay that I had to wait. She had replied back to the last email I sent her or given any information of progress.

I love these for camping out in style. The coffee itself is first rare and I manage two really decent cups per bag. Fast delivery and was well informed throughout purchase to arrival.

Haven't tried the coffee yet but both packets I ordered had a sticker on saying they were both de-caf, on looking inside the boxes only one box was de-caf. Which is good as that is what I ordered.

Bought as a present, arrived when expected, and my friend says it tastes great!

The delivery came within the confirmed dates and was well packaged. I have used a few of the coffees and the flavours are excellent and it's so easy to use. I would recommend them, especially if like me you like camping.

Bought as a present for my brother who loves camping and proper coffee. He took a bag on a kayak trip and loved it saying the coffee was delicious. He's now trying to work out how to refill them. Very successful present!

Amazing selection of coffees , something for everyone. Great idea with the reusable bag, have taken out when hiking and camping and found them so much handier , fresh amazing coffee on top of mountain !! Perfect. So easy to use

Product great, my brother was really pleased with the camping coffee set. Took a while to arrive but I guess that was due to border issues coming from EU to UK rather than the company side of things.
