Brello cannot be beat!
Brello has been awesome! I started with them for Tirzepatide because the price was great, and they even offer free shipping to my little podunk town in Alaska.
When they came out with MICC, I figured I’d give it a shot (pardon the pun!) too. Same great pricing, same easy shipping, and wow—it really works! I’ve had a great experience with everything I’ve ordered from them so far. Definitely happy I found them.

Gave me Gastroparesis but not the good side effects of less food noise, or feeling fuller faster, and definitely no weight loss, even when I tried to increase my water and protein and decrease my carbs amd sugars.

It has helped me loose 60 lbs. I did clean my diet up and exercise more. I took a cycle off to clean out come back and go for the last 15 lbs. Stated over 260 I am around 205 going for 195. It stopes the food chatter in my head, and I have zero side effects.

310 to 230 in 8 months
I am 45, 6'2" and started at 310, 3x shirts and 44" waist, in November of 2025. As of today, July 5th, 2026 I weigh 230 and no longer have Xs in the sizes of my clothes. I walk the dog and do yard work, but haven't really had a regular exercise routine. I have started eating more healthy since I don't get to eat as much, I try to make it count towards needed nutrients so I can keep the hair I have. My BMI has gone from 40% to 29%, and I am very happy with the results from my terzepitide from Brello. Customer service has been great, product has been consistent, with all supplies, and well refrigerated.

The price is very affordable
The price is very affordable. You do have to fill your own syringe, but once you know how to do that, it’s no big deal. I do think it would be great to actually speak with someone but I’ve made do. I have met my goal and now I’m on maintenance. Thank you Brello.

The price and product were great, but the last 2 refills my product never got delivered. No problem getting refunds - but not being able to consistently use the products has been a real setback. I had to discontinue my membership and look for a more consistent supplier.

That would expire before I used them up. And the customer service was a pain and I wouldn’t get any response for days. With Brello, first of all, their Price cannot be beat! I paid for 3 months in advance in December 2025 Bello strung me along for 3 months before they finally gave me my money back. Never got my meds. They are the worst kind of crooks. I have 100+ emails from Jan - April they kept telling me 4-6 weeks (they didn't tell me that until AFTER I paid fhem) I finally got my money back in April. I wasted 4 months waiting for medication from them. Absolutely deplorable

I am so fortunate to have found a Brillo over a year ago. I have been with them ever since and I have lost 25 pounds. They have been there with encouragement when needed to get over rough spots and have allowed me to order when necessary now that I’m on maintenance. Brello Has Exceeded My Expectations!
I switched over to Brello due to pricing. I had already been taking compounded tirzepatide for a while. My onboarding process was quickly completed by a physician. My medication has always arrived in 2-3 days, and always cold-packed nicely. I have had some of my questions answered by customer service through email, as well as phone calls. I was even able to pause my subscription for the 3-month supply of $499, because I am at my goal weight. I am navigating maintenance, and will continue with Brello, due to the fact that I will be a lifetime user of a GLP1 medication. I can't say enough good things about Brello, and I have recommended them to others.

Would have given Brello 5 stars but they quit delivering to my state. Luckily I am 15 miles from the border of another state they do deliver to, so they were kind enough to deliver to my friends address there. I have been very happy with the company’s customer service, they answer all questions promptly. Their compounded tirzepitide has been a game changer-just reached my goal after 18 months of 50 pounds down!
