I absolutely love Brello as a company

I absolutely love Brello as a company, but I’m still disappointed that they no longer ship to Washington State.

My first order arrived incredibly quickly, was packaged beautifully and securely, and was still well chilled when it was delivered. The entire experience was excellent.

When it was time to order my refill, I placed my order and patiently waited about six weeks. Unfortunately, it was ultimately refunded because Brello had stopped shipping to Washington and couldn’t provide an estimated timeline for when service would resume.

I would absolutely still be ordering from Brello if they shipped to Washington. I truly hope they’re able to resume service here in the future.

Stop looking for a provider, this is the one!

I do and have recommended Brello to a number of friends and relatives. I like that I can speak with a provider when I need to but am not bothered by constant communication. Because of my food issues I don't anticipate stopping a GLP1 anytime soon and have no reason to look elsewhere for a provider. Brello is an great fit for me.

Brello Health has changed my Life

Brello Health has changed my Life! I've been with Brello for a little over a year now and I can truly say that it works! I have lost close to 100 lbs over the year and Brello has given me my "old look" back, given me my previous energy back and my motivation as well. I am rounding near 47 years of age and I haven't been this thin since my high school years. It is a little pricey, not gonna lie, but well worth it. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine. Thank you Brello Health!

I was hesitant when this NEW DRUG came…

I was hesitant when this NEW DRUG came out a few years ago but waited and watched and then discussed in detail with a friend whose husband is a pharmacist who spoke highly of Tirzepatide so I jumped on the bang wagon. I've been taking GLP-1 for 4.5 months and have lost 33.6 lbs. I feel better and love the way people see me. Thanks Brello!

Brello cannot be beat!

Brello has been awesome! I started with them for Tirzepatide because the price was great, and they even offer free shipping to my little podunk town in Alaska.
When they came out with MICC, I figured I’d give it a shot (pardon the pun!) too. Same great pricing, same easy shipping, and wow—it really works! I’ve had a great experience with everything I’ve ordered from them so far. Definitely happy I found them.

I have been with Brello off and on for almost 3 years

I have been with Brello for about 3years. There were times when I had to put them on hold due to no$$. When I do have the extra I reopen my account. They always help me get going again.

Gave me Gastroparesis but not the good…

Gave me Gastroparesis but not the good side effects of less food noise, or feeling fuller faster, and definitely no weight loss, even when I tried to increase my water and protein and decrease my carbs amd sugars.

It has helped me loose 60 lbs

It has helped me loose 60 lbs. I did clean my diet up and exercise more. I took a cycle off to clean out come back and go for the last 15 lbs. Stated over 260 I am around 205 going for 195. It stopes the food chatter in my head, and I have zero side effects.

310 to 230 in 8 months

I am 45, 6'2" and started at 310, 3x shirts and 44" waist, in November of 2025. As of today, July 5th, 2026 I weigh 230 and no longer have Xs in the sizes of my clothes. I walk the dog and do yard work, but haven't really had a regular exercise routine. I have started eating more healthy since I don't get to eat as much, I try to make it count towards needed nutrients so I can keep the hair I have. My BMI has gone from 40% to 29%, and I am very happy with the results from my terzepitide from Brello. Customer service has been great, product has been consistent, with all supplies, and well refrigerated.

The price is very affordable

The price is very affordable. You do have to fill your own syringe, but once you know how to do that, it’s no big deal. I do think it would be great to actually speak with someone but I’ve made do. I have met my goal and now I’m on maintenance. Thank you Brello.

The price and product were great...but

The price and product were great, but the last 2 refills my product never got delivered. No problem getting refunds - but not being able to consistently use the products has been a real setback. I had to discontinue my membership and look for a more consistent supplier.

I LOVE Brello! I worked with two other companies when I first started my Glp1 journey and had several issues ranging from lack of instructions when a dose was

That would expire before I used them up. And the customer service was a pain and I wouldn’t get any response for days. With Brello, first of all, their Price cannot be beat! Secondly when there was a shipping back-up and my meds were delayed And I received two orders within 4 weeks and realized some would expire before I used them- I contacted the customer service and they dealt with it immediately and went above and beyond by having the actual Pharmacist
Call me within an hour to figure out when I would actually need my next delivery and which dosage I needed- Absolutely Phenomenal service! I am a slow responder to the meds due to other
Medical issues but I am losing at a consistent rate and have had very little side effects. I am a Brello customer for life!!

I paid for 3 months in advance in…

I paid for 3 months in advance in December 2025 Bello strung me along for 3 months before they finally gave me my money back. Never got my meds. They are the worst kind of crooks. I have 100+ emails from Jan - April they kept telling me 4-6 weeks (they didn't tell me that until AFTER I paid fhem) I finally got my money back in April. I wasted 4 months waiting for medication from them. Absolutely deplorable
