Full fibre means proper fibre.

Not all “fibre broadband” is created equal. Older fibre-to-the-cabinet connections still rely on copper for the final stretch to your home, and that copper can slow things down. Jay Kane Star Brawband champion

We had several issues with our previous supplier( going out of business transferring customers to another company but not fully supporting so i was a month with no or little service)
That caused delays. I can only say the when I got in contact with Jay Kane from Brawband he totally owned the whole issue. He reported back to me with all the issues his end and he eased the transit to Brawband with advice and excellent support.
The service has been solid ever since.
But I have to say I am so delighted to have had such an excellent service from Jay Kane at Brawband. A great example of wonderful customer service and an excellent advocate for his company.

Transparent about the price

Transparent about the price. Living up to it's promise of internet speed. Proffesional installers. Very happy I moved from Virgin Media after 20+ years.

Excellent experience with Brawband

Everything went smoothly from first enquiry to broadband going live. There was always someone at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Equipment arrived in good time and was very easy to connect. No problems at all.

Painless transition.

Initially the advertised cost. Then the contact via email of date and time of the installation that suited me and finally how the installation would take place. The engineers called on the day and gave me an almost exact arrival time. The process of installing the cables box etc was discussed and agreed . The engineers then set up all the cables and made sure that it was all working fine. The BB and my new digital phone service works a treat.

Jay went above and beyond!

I recently moved house and the last homeowner didn't cancel their contract which made it so I couldn't sign up on the website due to there already being an active contract.

I called up and got through to Jay who was just outstanding. Within 24 hours of that first contact my internet was up and running.

He went above and beyond for me and called CityFibre to cancel the existing line to the house, called me back to let me know I could buy my service. I also had an issue where decorators had damaged my fibre wire so he also got CityFibre to come out and they were here within the same day.

Considering how many obstacles I had to get my internet up and running I was assuming it was going to be a few weeks before I was up and running but thanks to Jay's attitude it was up and running by the next day.

He called me back 4 times during the 24 hour period with updates and also talked me through the more technical side of stuff which allowed me to use my old router temporarily before my new one came out.

I can't recommend BrawBand enough and have been with them before a few years back and was ecstatic to find out the service was available here when I moved.

Customer Support

Recently had to deal with customer services do to a payment issue (likely my fault). Interacting with the support team could not have been easier, they were quick, efficent and very helpful. Coming from a big internet supplier the difference was night and day.

At a price lower than others for better speeds. Glad to be a customer.

Where's the 800mbs?

Guys who installed it were brilliant. Called to let me know they were on the way and communicated very well all during the install . They also did a neat and tidy job. My lower review is for the internet service itself. It's no where near the 800 mbs advertised but still faster than standard broadband.

The Pure Rapid One and The Belter both deliver up to 900Mbps with a minimum guaranteed speed of 450Mbps. Some older devices are unable to cope with such high speeds, so you may see speeds towards the lower end of the range. Placement of your router can also affect speeds via WiFi.

Outdid Any Other Company I Tried

These guys got me signed up with decent speeds in such a short period of time when I was desperate to get internet into my new flat after two other companies failed to deliver. Despite being a smaller business, they offer fantastic customer service and really try to help out. Installation was quick and clean and arranged so quickly for me. Can't thank you guys enough!
