Where's the item?
I don't know if the product has been shipped, I haven't been told when to expect it. Item is advertised as a mother's Day gift but will likely not arrive in time for mother's Day. I am looking forward to the item coming in, I think my wife will love it. But there has been zero communication about it, but I have received 9 advertisements for other items, just nothing on what I ordered

I'm disappointed
I'm disappointed, as my Cardinal ring with inscription 'Until we meet again' looks like it got water in it & the Cardinal has discoloration!
My husband received it back at end of March (2 days before he passed away) I was quite happy to receive the ring just prior to him passing. Now, I'm wondering if there is anything I can do about this issue?! Sincerely, Margaret Prudhomme
