I made a mistake with shipping and on a weekend before a holiday. In a panic I emailed the sales department about it hoping to fix my issue.With in a hour I had email reply stating they would handle it. Such a impressive experience that has made me a customer for life. The box showed up and is smaller then I expected but that is to be expected when buying sight unseen. The overall box quality is really impressive for the price and the shipping packaging was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for their products.

Great Tools Great Customer Service
Quality of the tools and the tool chests are very apparent. More importantly is the customer service is very good. My tools chest was damaged during shipping and getting a replacement was made easy by their customer service fast responses.

Great tools even after 5+ years of daily Industry usage!
I wanted to wait some time before leaving a review and get some good usage out of my tools before leaving a review. I’ve now had over 5 years of hard work with them. I’m an aircraft mechanic and I have used the 14 drawer 72 inch Pro Series tool box along with the 217 piece master tool set along with a few other Eva foam sets. I use these tools everyday and I am extremely impressed with the quality of these tools and the box. In an industry that preaches Snap-On I’m happy to say these tools have never let me down. As far as warranty goes it truly is hassle free. I only recently had to submit a warranty claim for 2 tools and BoxoUSA was quick to respond and sent the replacements out same day. Customer service is great and they have worked with me multiple times from ordering, to doing charity donations to support a couple of non-profits we work with. I highly recommend BoxoUSA and will continue buying more tools from them.

It's really my own fault, I assumed Boxo"USA" would be made in the USA. I was really disappointed to find out they are made in Taiwan. Should have just bought Icon from HF and saved some $, also made in Taiwan, but at least they're are not trying to deceive people.
