I had a Monster energy edition and when I send in for a warranty on a screwdriver they sent me one that doesn't match. Update 5/14/26 they sent me the correct one to resolve the issue.

Love the foam. Simple, secure storage solutions. Well laid out, high quality, perfect fit. Tools are excellent as well. Had a total loss in early 2022 and am now finally replacing stuff. Boxo for the win. You won’t be disappointed.

No recognition for being military besides a discount
Tools and chest are very nice. Couple dings on one of them. It’s boxo USA and I’m a veteran, but didn’t receive a note or anything special. Other brands would have noticed my military discount and sent a thank you or something at least. Packaging was good.

Tools are poor quality
Tools are poor quality. After less than a week from putting them into service two of the ratcheting wrenches fell apart. Their customer service was good about replacing them immediately, but I had to pull them from service because of the FOD risk. Their solid state tools seem to be of good quality, but don't trust the ratchets.

BOXO was very easy to work with, has a great selection, they stand by their products, and they offer many different ways to pay. The quality of the hand tools is comparable to all the big brands for a fraction of the cost. I will absolutely be doing business with BOXO again in the future.

These are great quality tools and tool boxes. I love the pre cutout tool storage inserts. I wish they had more options for single draw tool combos. I have some issues with the lock not keeping the other drawers from opening though.
