First time user of Box of Hugs ( love…
First time user of Box of Hugs ( love the name!) and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted to let my sister in UK know I was thinking of her on her birthday and send more than a card. Box of Hugs has a huge variable list of products to choose from at reasonable cost and I selected things to make her feel special. As I’d left it until the day before her birthday I was very grateful for ‘next day delivery’. The service and communication was excellent.
My sister was very surprised and happy to receive the ‘hugs’ ( except it made her cry!)
I will definitely use this service again.

A special birthday present for a good friend
I needed a special birthday present for a very good friend who was having a hard time. A box of hugs did a wonderful job. You were great. Ordered the exam box for my granddaughter starting her GCSEs. A nice selection of quality bits and bobs and it arrived the next day!! (Didn’t select next day). She loved her surprise, which was just what I wanted, as I’m too far away to give her a Nanna’s hug. Thanks for doing the job for me.

Beautiful box and high quality items
We had a 'build your own' box made up for our daughter who was about to start her exams. So many lovely items to choose from, all excellent quality and packed up in a fabulous box. Delivery just as expected. Daughter absolutely loved it. The correspondence from the team at Box of Hugs was also excellent (I received a reply within 30 minutes of a query when I emailed) . Could not fault and will definitely use them again!
