A great concept admittedly
A great concept admittedly, however after years of using the app albeit on a very small scale, they’ve now decided to PULL OUT of the UK citing something about UK regulations.
I have to date NOT received ANY official communication from BOTS (aside from chasing customer service for answers) explaining when and WHY (what U.K. legislation is causing BOTS to run away?)
And to boot they want I re-verify my identity 😁 again no official explanation as to why (I am a verified user since account creation…)
If they were more forthcoming in their communication I might have rated it higher.
So Bots replied here yet I’m still waiting for an official email giving a detailed explanation…(nothing on their website either )
You want me to boost your rating? By pass banks and offer crypto for deposits…then I’ll give it a higher rating..

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, which indifferently pulls the process of confirming the replenishment of my account for 3 months, keeping money at home. The compliance department is cold and indifferent to the problem. Their answers once every 4-5 days, prepared texts, indicate that everything is smooth for them, and can be delayed for many more months

This company has huge potential if they will only operate in a more transparent and legit way. I tried to put in my bank account details to withdraw some money but to my surprise it doesn’t allow the user to do so. So stay away for now until you can really verify it’s not a scam.

Can’t upload my bank details also not my identity card. And when you ask for help. There is no one to correspondent with. They may be happy that the app is still in the app and playstore

Starting with Bots a few years ago, everything was fine, if there were any problems, etc., they responded immediately, there was no problem with depositing and withdrawing funds. Then there were declines in the crypto market, now, after bots made a profit, I decided to return to bots and realize my profits. but unfortunately at that time I changed my account number and contacted support to change the old bank account, sending them all the necessary documents. Unfortunately, since then I have been waiting in vain for any response from them, and a restriction has been imposed on my account since then. I'm sorry to say this Bots but to lose access to my funds I'm really disappointed with your platform.

Since November 2023, we make use of profit sharing. This means that you do not pay for transaction fees of bots anymore. This also means that we do not make any profit if you as a user do not make profit.

Not a scam
I am really surprised that people call this a scam? I have made over 50% profit in 6 months. My top bot showing almost 90% profit (and my least bot -1% but i just started with this one). Tip: if you do not trust it than simply start with little money (i think 5 euro per bot is minimal). Don’t put all your money in one bot, but at least 5, preferably 10. Don’t go for a fancy name, but put some time in it first analyzing the performance of each bot and then make your choice. Select the right moment to start (this is tricky) if you read too much about crypto how good it is performing or reaching the highest peak, than maybe do NOT start and wait as things will likely go down again.
