After a year of having positions in different bots, chosen based on their description and indicated performance, I am really disappointed to see the performance of the bots. Slogan is that bots perform better then the market, well on paper they might but after 1 year, major part of my investment is gone and I don’t see it coming back.
Also when stopping bots be aware of the slippage between the moment you stop the bot and your money is made available…

I am not happy with the performance. I know the market is down but still there are some currencies that are moving in a short term. I did not lost all the investment I have made but still bots should work better than this.

Loosing more than 60%. Avoid!

App and communication with support is fine. I've spread my investment over 10 bots to keep the risks low. Even bots can't beat the market every time ;-)

Totally not transparent what my bots are doing. I see the bots going down while the market is going up. It looks like the bot creator is now making money over my investment while my bot is only decreasing in value, really unfair.

Also difficult to compare the performance of the bot with the crypto market. It would be nice if you could see this in the graph to really proof that my bot is doing better. With me it seems that this is not the case and I would be better off investing in a coin myself.

Costs are also very high. 0.2% per transaction, while you don't know how many transactions a bot really makes. And 1.5% for the withdraw to your bank.

Since a couple of weeks when I am opening the app I need to log in again.

Its not living up to expectations! Still, after many years, not possible to sell part of your position in a bot, still no short-bots and to many different choices which makes it very confusing

Moderate app with moderate results by a moderate company.
I have used the app for a few months and was not impressed by neither the functionality nor the results. One thing is clear though the cost are very , unreasonable high.
I also joined the group as investor. Based on my experience and further analysis of the company my conclusion is that the money raised is certainly not reflected in the quality and development of the app and the products in the app, despite all promises made by the CEO.
The way the shares can be traded is complex because though Bot facilitates information about shares being offered, the information offered is missing some essential information which could be added without any difficulty. ( note the price being offered by shareholders at this moment is lower than the price you have to pay for new shares offered by Bots itself )
The servicedesk for the app responded rather swift, but the quality of the answers was far below average.
The direct mail contact with “ Anita “ was better though and she was very supportive in canceling the process of becoming a shareholder and returned my investment swiftly.
All in all, at first sight a promising “ Business Class” product , but in my opinion the promises are not reflected in results and i have no confidence this will suddenly change.

This app is really great! The bots do all the hard work for you, you don't have to be an expert in trading at all (like me haha) It is fun, it is easy and you can start with just a small amount and it is safe what is also very important. You can quit any time, just sell your bot(s) and you get the money that the bot has trade for you in return on your account. It makes me feel good and so far I earned more money than I lost, with good profit :) The support is also very friendly and easy to reach by chatbot or email. It is a transparent company with people that know what they are doing.
So far.. Just perfect for me.

I am adding another update (and the last one) after even more time has passed.
The latest issue making me lower my rating to 1/5 is the fact that the Bots app does not even have the option to export a transaction history, showing profits (if any) or losses, for tax report purposes (like other investment apps already have, or are capable of providing).
Not sure if the company realizes this, but they are an investment app - I assume that all countries need to pay taxes for any profit coming from cryptocurrency trading, so how is that supposed to be done without any reports to export, as proof?
I also reached the customer support via email, with the request of providing me such a report - but there was no response to my request.
Luckily I invested only a small amount of money and withdrawn everything, with a small loss - but the app is not motivating me to ever invest large amounts of money, due to this. I would rather invest my money somewhere else.

I am returning with an updated review to what I wrote a year ago.
After funding about 6-7 different bots which looked promising based on the historical performance and based on what the bots were trading, none of them made any profit, not being in the green for even one month of a year.
I decided to ultimately withdraw my money, which wasn't much, but in my mind if an investment does not make a 2 euros profit, why bother going further with even more money and time invested?

To be fair, I only subscribed to the bots doing trading, there are also some bots dedicated only to earning a fixed percentage - for example, for a limited time there were bots which would get you a fixed 6%, 9% or even 15% per year (being a bot with a limited availability time for users to subscribe to), so maybe such bots might be able to provide at least a steady income per year - but I haven't tried those.
Not sure about other people that want to invest their earned money into something, but for me crypto is still very volatile, I just treated this as an experiment, to see how bots would perform (congratulations to those people who manage to have a steady income from trading crypto, but they are very few, as far as I know).
I am done with the Bots app and lowered my rating from 5/5 to 3/5, because they are focusing only on crypto and not expanding towards stock market trading, for example, which would be better, in my opinion.
Maybe I will return to use the app and invest again, if they will also offer better alternatives to making profits.

I saw mixed feelings and commentaries about the Bots app, so I decided to open an account and try it for myself. I registered less than a month ago, so I cannot provide an in-depth review.
It was mostly ups and downs so far, with the deposited amount being almost the same at the moment, which makes sense, I wasn't expecting short term profits anyway, I don't think anyone can provide that.
So far I documented myself before opening my Bots account, checked almost everything that they have to offer (on the website, on their Youtube account etc.). It really feels that there is some potential with Bots and they keep developing and improving the app, so I will keep it going and see how it goes, maybe return with an updated review in a few months or so.
But until now the app is pretty easy to use, the Support team usually replies relatively fast on email, nothing to complain about. This is a long term investment, with the cryptocurrency market being more volatile (as Simon so often repeats that in the disclaimers from the Bots Youtube videos) so keep that in mind before adding money to the Bots app. As with all investments, no one can guarantee any sure profit

really disappointed with the performance of the bots. i have been using the app since july 2021 and 15 out of my 20 bots are negative with two at -70%!!! i checked the bots results myself after i saw the comments on some reviews from bots team that most of the bots are positive but 250 out of 340 bots are negative over the past year while all of my coins are going up (see top 50 which is up like 40%) so bots team are straight liars. you are better off just holding crypto on blox or bitvavo or binance than investing in these bad bots that make you lose lots of moneys!!! rreally really disappointed

Crypto is extremely risky and speculative. Most of the bad scores are probably people who got in high and got out on a lack of patience when losses mounted.
I’ve been using Bots for almost 2 years and they are legit. Never had any problems making depositits or also major withdrawals. I also visited their office locatio and spoke personally to staff memmebrs. It’s not a scam.

After using this app for more than 3 months I must say I am completely satisfied and love it.

I tried multiple bots and made some good profits as well as minor losses.

Don't know why people are complaining about withdrawal of cash. As I recieved it in 4 working days for first time. Therefore I love this app and will stick to it for life.

Lastly...I am now spending 110% of my time with my family. And now my health has also improved.

Thank you to the makers of this awesome app.

So far only negative experience.

I "Started a bot" then transfered money via bank. The money did not arrive in the account, the bot was not started.

I got email the money will be refunded to my bank account, but the support put the money into my account balance instead, now I cannot withdraw it due to "50 eur bonus" promotion, despite that fact, that I have more than 200 eur on my account.

Now that I want them to really send the money back to my bank account as promised, they went radio silent.

If they continue to ignore my request, I will reach out to KIFID.

Seems like they aren't ready to leave Netherlands at all. Nothing makes sense or is understandable

Since January, I found out about them from a youtube ad, which seemed to be an opportunity for money making.
But, somehow my transaction didn't pass through correctly as I missed a bot's reference number, where I've been confirmed by Bots service that the money are in their account, but will return back to me automatically within minimum 2 working days by the system.
So since then, my money never came back, but I only had empty promises, which is lasting for almost 2 months already and still nothing...
