I went to Erdington and brought a washing machine and tumbler dryer. Staff were
Pleasant and very helpful. When it came to the delivery, Sam and Oli was great! It was Oli’s first day on the job and I think he did really well. Communication was good, did all checks before leaving. Great customer service! I highly recommend

Came to the Erdington store to look for an upright freezer and was greeted by store colleague Mike Williams. He was so helpful and friendly. After discussing our requirements, Mike showed us various options and we were able to make an informed decision and purchase. Customer service at its best.

Really pleased with my new fridge and freezer. Delivery drivers where great, called me to let me know an eta as I had the school run this morning. They even unboxed both appliances for me prior to delivery. Saved me a trip to the dump. Great communication and great customer service!

Fantastic gentleman! 1 arrived earlier than the others to double check our fridge would fit and believe me they did everything to ensure we had our fridge in the house this morning! Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team; so friendly, so polite !! Will be recommending to everyone I know. Went to Borshch appliance superstore in Birmingham to purchase a new cooker . We were assisted by Andy who was extremely knowledgeable about all the different appliances . He was not at all pushy , just really helpful . Would highly recommend this person to help you make your decisions .

We ordered our fridge freezer way back when and discovered we were out of the delivery zone, but it wasn't a problem to deliver to us as they use a courier company. Things went wrong with house move move, but Borshch said it wasn't a problem they'd keep it and just let them know what's happening. They made paying the balance easy as we moved over 50mins drive from any store. Come delivery day Duffy & Jack went above and beyond to get the item into the house. They didn't rush, took care not to damage the item or the property. We're even jolly and able. To have a joke with, which is unusual these days. Thank you Borshch from start to finish it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Not say it was gr8. It was ok. Prob was the freezer was not left level. It's says it has an inside light when door opens, on this model as ive been in touch with indesit, they tell me not on this model.Although it has the day and night mode buttons. Not your fault I know. And also there instructions are a complete waste of anybodys time. And should be made aware of. Apart from this no problem, and thankyou for your delivery on time. Absolutely no customer service.
They advertise new and graded appliances. We bought an induction hob and specifically asked if it was new - answer YES
Took it home, electrician fitted it and one ring didn't work. Phoned Borshch - not really interested and told to phone Hotpoint.
Eventually got through, had an engineer out, went for the repair option as we didn't want to pay another electrician. But the control unit not the fault, it was the coil. Which the engineer had never seen before! Hotpoint said the retailer would swap it including fixing.
Phoned Borshch - bring it in.
Went in with the magic code sent by Hotpoint and they didn't beleive me but phoned Hotpoint and waited on the phone.....
What should have been a simple refund that they had been prewarned took over 40 minutes

Superb service easy to order pretty much straight forward, Communication was first class too made contact for you to check item make sure your happy with it and delivery arranged all within a couple of days, Item arrived exactly as expected delivery guys was very pleasant very helpful, I would definitely recommend purchasing from here
