co ordintaing the delivery, removal and installation to my requirments. The engineer was most polite and very friendly, I believe he went over and above his job, he even cleaned the sides of the cupboard where the dishwasher was being replaced.

I’ve been a customer of Joe Graham for the past 15 years, and all of my appliances have come from them. Like most people, I did take a look at Currys to compare deals, but I ultimately returned to Joe Graham—and I’m glad I did.

He also took away the old one, which made everything so much easier.

Joe Graham's is great, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have most items in stock so you can usually drive away with your selection instead of waiting days for delivery like a certain other high street appliances company. But they do also deliver (promptly!) if you need. Prices are competitive with other retailers too. Aftercare is superb, and in store the staff really know their stuff and will genuinely recommend the best product for your requirements not just the most expensive.
The range is a little less than some, but still extensive and we've always been able to find exactly what we want.
While I live in the Luton area I'll never go anywhere else, 10/10.

Wonderful service from Joe Graham and Son Ltd. I ordered a new fridge-freezer Wednesday AM and it was delivered, unpacked and installed Thursday PM. And everyone I spoke to on several occasions was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great company to deal with .

They made a delivery spot available for me ASAP as i had no freezer. They called 30 mins before delivery as they stated, turned up on time and installed without issue. Polite staff who ever i dealt with. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend

We needed to replace our 25 year old integrated fridge. I spoke to Joe and he did some research to make sure I got the correct fitting replacement as integrated fridges on a sliding hinge are rarer these days. Delivery driver Adam was friendly and courteous and went beyond in replacing a broken cupboard hinge and cleaned up the area before installing the new fridge. Really happy. Highly recommend
