It’s completely natural to feel a bit hesitant at first, our dogs are our fur babies after all. We’re absolutely thrilled to hear how beautifully things have worked out for you, your dog, and your borrower.

We’re pleased to hear you received some replies, but we understand how frustrating it must have been when they were too far away. When searching for members in your area, you can adjust your search radius, for example from 1 mile to 3, 5, or more, to suit your needs. Each profile also shows an approximate distance, like “1.5 miles away,” to help you find a match that works best for you.

In terms of the borrower who didn’t return after one walk, our community is built on trust and safety. If a borrower doesn’t feel confident or comfortable with a match, they can absolutely choose to step back, it’s all about keeping everyone safe and supported.

To clarify our 30-day money-back policy: if you haven’t shared contact details, arranged a meeting, or used our safety features, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of signing up. Once any of those steps have been taken, the service is considered used and a refund would not apply.
