Not contactable

Not contactable - spoke to complaints twice and expected calls back - guess what? No calls
Blocked my card so they couldn’t take any money then took my business elswhere.

God knows what it would have been like if we had to make a claim

Zero stars

Zero stars. Avoid avoid avoid had a policy for a year paid in full When it was time for renewal £1760 boom tried taking the payment 4 days before it was due. Multiple times causing my account to be frozen from my bank so on 1st of month at 9am while my account was still frozen I tried to renew as the payment tried to come out on 1st at 12.01am my insurance had lapsed and now boom want £3280 more than double. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere there should be a law against being robbed how can a company justify a further £1700 to start new policy, boom are a rip off. Reported to watchdog and rogue traders and now I’m going to leave revues over all socials

Process was relatively easy from start to finish. Getting a quote and accepting the policy was straight forward, as was setting up direct debit for monthly payments. I did struggle a little with going back and forward with the codes needed for the email to gain access to the policy documents etc, but after four or five attempts I got it right.

Can't speak to anyone

Great price but online only which would be fine but you cannot get to speak to an advisor in the chat. I've been trying for days it just says no one is available and to email if non urgent. I'm trying to change my car and car usage and it won't let me do it without speaking to someone. This is not good enough!
