They didn't pay the right postage for my delivery so didn't get it .They did sort it out in the end but I hadcro tell them they had made a mistake they didn't spot it and I waited days before first was resolved, the books were ordered as a present and didn't make it

This isn’t really the full story though. A mistake was made when the parcel label was created. Within minutes of you highlighting the problem to us, we offered to cover the additional costs so that you wouldn’t be out of pocket but you asked for a refund. We gave you a credit for a free delivery on your next order, which you’ve used and received that delivery faster than quoted and with no issues and we’ve also refunded your original order in full. We’ve apologised multiple times for the inconvenience and we’re unsure of how we could have done more to resolve the matter.

A very happy customer
Excellent value for money. Regular updates of new titles are advertised on their socials and discount codes are available to reduce the online price of £3 per book to £2.50 each. The website is easy to navigate. A wide selection of books are available and categorised by age and genre for easy reference to specific topics. The delivery was quick and the books were packaged well to reduce the risk of damage during delivery.

Beautiful books that children will love
Beautiful books. Great illustrations and the stories are well written. The Tide almost brought me to tears as it explained how dementia affects grandparents in an easy to understand way that will help children understand they are still loved.
