I've looked into this order and it was placed at 10pm on a Wednesday and delivered on a Saturday. At checkout our website advises the delivery option you chose was 3 to 5 days so I think it's then unfair to leave a poor review when the delivery arrived when we advertised it would. We have a next day delivery option, which you chose not to select.
