The experience I had at Marshall motor engineering was great , the only issue was book my garage never told the the owners of the garage about my booking .

I booked an MOT through this site
I booked an MOT through this site. The day before I phoned the garage to check what time I could drop the car off. The man who answered the phone told me that it wasn't actually his garage business. He said he put his number on the website so that he could give jobs to other people and get money from them. He told me that he could not do my MOT and that the other man could not do my MOT. He then insisted that I cancel my booking online, otherwise he would be charged £30. He told me that by doing this he was doing ME a favour!!! Had I not phoned I would have turned up the next day for the MOT and been turned away. Very frustrating. This man clearly shouldn't be advertising on Book my Garage.

What a great experience i had. The lady at the service management was really helpful and kind. She explained everything that was affecting my car and helped me with the repair prices. She even went out of her way to offer me a complementary wash.
