Very easy to find a garage and to book…
Very easy to find a garage and to book a service. Only dropped 1 star as I then had to wait 5 days for the garage to confirm the booking.

Excellent staff made to feel welcome and interested in the job I was having done and explained the requirements of the job overall l had a favourable and pleasant experience.Would definitely recommend this garage to any of my family and friends.Job was well priced . Great service
Hi, put my MOT short notice. They were able to fit me in. I was a bit late and he kindly extended his time to do the MOT. Unfortunately, he did not pass first time but he arranged for me to bring the vehicle back the following morning and did all the work out reasonable price and I’ve got my MOT. I was very impressed. We need more people like you this in this country. Hard working, good job,. Thank you, Mr. Javid. I will bring my car back to you.

Filled with scammy garages , who promise the moon in terms of low prices, but will find faults all of a sudden and upsell you. 2 awful experiences with this platform, I will not recommend anyone to use their services. Better to go your local garages after some research and word of mouth, who are trustworthy and will give the best price

Competitive prices
The booking experience was easy with competitive prices shown and a good selection of providers.
My issue was with the garage. I didn’t want to leave my car all day and be without transport. I booked the appointment for early morning and requested to pick up my car earlier. After 5 hours of waiting to hear I rang the garage to see how they were progressing with the service to be told that it wouldn’t be ready to collect until the end of the day much to my annoyance.
I pointed out that I had specified that I needed it earlier. I was made to feel like a second class citizen and told I shouldn’t have booked via the bookmygarage website and not to do it in future. Shame on you @vertumotors
