I have ordered some parts for my car and paid through debit card money got deducted but it is still showing payment pending. Please help it is really frustrating experience with boodmo.

I ordered a part on 12 Aug 2023 and am writing this review on 25 Oct 23. The part is yet to be delivered. And when I contact support, they ask me to cancel the order as the part is on back order (or seller does not care to deliver). However, the part on "back order" is listed as in stock by Boodmo. If a part cannot be delivered, it should not be listed as available.

The right name for #Boodmo is fraudmore. The unscrupulous business style of luring online shopping customers and pathetic after-sales service today or tomorrow will lead them to great disaster. Though I ordered after reading the product details of the fuel tube for the Beat car after delivery, to my astonishment, it was found not suitable for the Beat car. I had raised a refund, and the product was picked up by the courier guy on October 3, 2023, by their courier partner, #XpressBee, another unscrupulous courier, and delivered to #Boodmo on October 9, 2023. Still, I haven't received the refund.

I had ordered two mirror trims for my VW Ameo after the app and website mentioned that it is compatible with my vehicle. The parts were delivered under a single order number (1695413130-8990). The quality was satisfactory; however, it did not fit my vehicle even though Boodmo claimed it to be compatible. Since it was of no use to me, I raised a request for return order immediately and it was picked up the next day.

Now here's the problem, Boodmo has multiple logistics partners and the return order was picked by up XPRESSBEES logistics. Since, the two trim units were delivered in a single order, I handed them together to the pick-up executive. The XPRESSBEES logistics confirmed order pick-up in 24 hours, while there was no confirmation from Boodmo for next 4-5 days. Suddenly, out of nowhere, the app shows the return order and highlights two trims as separate units and highlights that only one trim was scheduled for pick-up. At the time of creating return this selection option was not visible and I had created return based on original single order id. After 7-10 days the company refunds the amount only for one trim and claims that it has not received the other trim at all! Now, this clearly reflects unethical practices within the company or their logistic partners.

The Boodmo app and the website has too many bugs and not reliable. The catalogue is useless too. One cannot search even with the exact part number. Moreover, Boodmo hides the part numbers for some unknown reasons. Wonder how they expect customers to look for products!

This was my first and last order from Boodmo. There is no real person to talk to and customers are expected to send emails (service request number - 169495) and are at their mercy waiting for redressal. Don't waste time ordering here and just approach nearest vendors or authorized outlets for right parts.

I hope this experience will help new users considering buying anything from Boodmo.

Very poor and pathetic delivery service.. I ordered some parts for my car on 28 August and estimated time of delivery was 7th September.. courier not delivered as its now 30 september.. never ever buy anything from such irresponsible website... dont waste your money with such lazzy people.. #fraudboodmo

Ordered 1 set of ignition coil alongwith plug wires...firstly items were kept at local warehouse for 4 days and after repeated calls to local delivery agent,,it could be delivered so late...secondly both the items were defective as found after installation...causing loss of money time and rendereing the car still dysfunctional...
Must not waste money on these fraud online stores...

I ordered a Fuel filter through boodmo from one of thier suppliers named SWARAJ for my vento Car. I received a used item . Boodmo also now is in collusion with them by not closing the delivery window and still showing as undelivered so that i dont have the option if creating a return ticket

They are big frouds. I had ordered a led bulb set of osram which cost was around 5700rs. Order date was 18 aug 2023 and delivery date was 21 aug but order not dispatched yet. I had mailed so many times on their customer support mail but all time they reply it's technical glitch. Their website shows me order in processing. Now they are asking me they are not able to cancel my order or refund my money. They are big cheaters. My order no 1692382265-1175 is order id

No option to talk with boodmo customer care 637 OO4 92.77.. I have placed an ordered and in couple of hours I changed my mind and canceled the order. When I asked for my refund then the reply was your item is in RTO(Return to origin) and its been month still I didnt get my refund and in mail they only reply we are working on it. Will never recommend Boodmo to anyone, Please buy from another trusted resource.

Hi everyone don’t trust this system it’s online cheating, I lost Rs 1399 .
I ordered few car parts still not planning to process all money cheats, be well aware everyone , don’t use this use your nearest car dealer you all get genuine parts and don’t loose money, please tell to everyone

Horrible service, no accountability.
First they show an item in stock then once the order is placed they keep extending the dispatch date.
Parts big boss and boodmo both are frauds

I ordered a mobile holder for my car. I received the damaged product after 4-5 days. Instantly, I sent an email with the product image and tried to call them, but their customer number is not valid.

Now they are refusing to replace the product and are also not providing a refund.

Not recommended.
