My first time delivery experience on boodmo.com is very bad because I ordered my product on 13th March and delivery date is 17 March and today is 19 March and yet also my order is not delivered

It is a scam site BOODMO, they send me wrong item and now they denied to return it, I loose my money 2650/- This is a fake company.

I ordered from Boodmo, aerial antenna for my Vento car and it costs 1759 INR. I received a message saying it was dispatched via DTDC. And then I didn't get it even after 1 week, when I enquired the status showed delivered but I didn't receive it, nor any call from DTDC for delivery. When I contacted Boodmo, they said "We’re sorry to inform you that the raising TAT for your order has already passed and we won’t be able to help you out with your request." I requested them to give me DTDC delivery person number so I can talk to him directly and they didn't even respond to that. They are very unhelpful once they got your money, I really doubt if they had even sent the courier. I already read negative reviews before placing the order, I thought maybe some people experience are bad, but still the site looked trustable so I bought from there, but now am writing this review after losing 1759 INR. Please avoid it at all cost, your order will never reach you and you can't do anything about it.

Waste of time to be in touch with them . i have ordered parts which they have listed in there site. from last 2 months they are just promising but no delivery till today . Today i cancelled and they are charging fee for that . I dont suggest anyone to buy any product from them .

3rd class unprofessional company.

Don't go with him. They don't have any standards.

bought a part from boodmo , i was delivered with a used and defective part , on compaining i got a responce that part was delivered correctly from my end and ur raised complaint stands decline and money cant be refunded , why a consumer should expect a used and broken product , only bcaz a customer pays money in advance doesnt means he is useless , its our hard earned money and the worst part is there call center where all answering machines are installed

I ordered OEM Seat belt mechanism & Engine mount for my polo from Boodmo online portal. Received both items were after market, wrong part also defective. The boodmo refused to accept return/ replace /repay too. Be aware of fake site who sells car spares .

Worst experience ever , if you order any parts , they just hold your money and didn’t send you the parts on time they promised it’s been two months I ordered parts for my car but didn’t received complete order till now. When i ask them every time they it is in backorder and don’t tell the date of arrival . Postupon the expected date as it comes near . Worst plateform ever . If they don’t have parts available ,it will show out of order at the the time or order placement. If you want to drive your car don’t buy parts from here . Even in this time, you can arrange parts locally or at less cost , and not seeing your car parked for months at garage .

Please don't buy any parts or accessories from Boodmo as i had order 4 suspensions for my car ( Front/Rear) booth the parts were not genuine, It shows on the app that's compatible however you will receive wrong parts. When i tried to create a return the pickup person's would keep cancelling the return pickup saying i had cancelled the pickup. after writing about 37-40 mails as their customer care number will never get connected to an agent. after all this i was asked to send the part on my own with my own expenses back to Boodmo WH via indiapost. all this process took almost one n half month while my money was refunded in my account after a long time.
PETHETIC customer Service only looting money from Customers by sending wrong/inferior/Refurbished product . Don't buy any thing from BOODMO. better buy it from some local shop or some known seller.

I have ordered a product, Boodmo is saying that it is fit for u r car, but it was not fit for my car and i just returned, they are saying that, it was used product and the return was rejected, and my amount Rs.2431/- rupees are not refunded at any cost, and the product will resend to you within one month or else it will be disposed, what does it mean? For just unsealed you did this to me, then what is the meaning of return policy? without unsealed how can you check?

I ordered a spare part on 08.11.2022 and 02 Nos were available on that day and delivery date was 30.11.2022. Payments were made in full. On the delivery day the date got postponed to 10-12-2022 and now it's 20.12.2022 and god only knows still how many more. On 30.12.2022 when I tried to enquire regarding the same with customer care, it doesn't have the option to connect with any person. So I put a mail regarding the same and reply came "As we don't have stock available it will be available only when the supplier procures the product and we will tell the supplier to make arrangements for the same ". Now on 09.12.2022 a mail was sent saying your "Ticket Resolved". What a pathetic service from Boodmo, are you not ashamed to put a mail saying you have resolved the problem without doing it. Guys sincerely request whoever is reading this don't literally BUY from them. The worst part is still there. I had ordered the same product some 15 to 20 days back, they sent me the wrong product saying it is compatible in just 3 days and returning the product was worst part. The option for return doesn't work at all. It asks for all details and return option comes and the option doesn't work at all. I had to put a mail again to return the product. Even after 2 months I still don't have the right product.

I had order SENSOR ASSY WHEEL SPEED FRONT for my XUV 500 on 5th November & was supposed to be delivered on 13th November. Since It was not delivered on said I contacted them thru mail & the date was revised to 21st November with an apology. However till today its not been done. Now I see the date is further revised to 7th December 2022. Looking at all the reviews and my own experience its seems to be scam and Bodomo I will definately raise this with cyber crime. Also I am suggesting all the people to beware of bodomo.

Please don't order anything through doodmo, fake site they never going to deliver your product, I ordered and waited for more than a month and cancelled the order, order got cancelled but not received refund. Please don't order with advance payment.

My order of door sets which one placed from myself on 14 nov. Now when I am tracking my order its show rejected. Please refund my money or placed my order. And also give me your contact number

I have bought body parts for my Dicor and Altis as well as small things like wiper blades from Boodmo. I have even returned orders once they arrived. The parts I received were on time and as mentioned in the app. Even when I returned an item, the payment return was initiated in less than 48 hours and I got the money back in another 48 hours or so. Don't remember exactly, but it was not delayed.

I intend to give zero starring if possible. The boodmo team never cross check or verify its suppliers if the products delivered are matching or not.

I ordered a part (("Control arm Bush - Ford Ikon 1.3 petrol, 2005 model")) from Boodmo which I had to Pre-Pay the amount and it got delivered late as expected.

After receiving the item, our Car mechanic tried to fix the parts but it was found non compatible with my car model.

I returned the product by making a return request and then I received an email from them, that those are used products.

I wonder how can I customer know if products suits the vehicle until we open the packet and try to fix on the vehicle.

Literally, our mechanic tried to fix the part in my vehicle and found it was not compatible and the rubber bush was over sized and the quality of metal was really bad that it got bent easily when we tried to tighten the Mount.

And now, Boodmo says it cannot be refunded or rather cannot provide with a new parts.

I will make sure, I will never ever make purchase from Boodmo again. Do not ever make pre-paid purchases or blindly trust the parts shown in Boodmo, there is more chance it could be incompatible or rather built with a very very poor quality material.

I give big ZERO for the quality and bad customer service for BOODMO

They MRP prices shown in boodmo site are having extra prices than the actual mrp

I ordered one product Honda WRV tail light from boodmo nd i paid at a time 2209/- on 13-09-2022 time 11:49 am and today is completed ONE MONTH STILL that product not delivered to me nd even they couldn't refund my money back so please don't order on boodmo aplication bcoz they hve do a fraud with me... Its a fraud Aplication
