Pathetic application , need to invest more on application design . 100 time asking same same things if we search something . And if parts are not available then should not listed . After putting order and charging money they postpone order indefinite

Third rate company for supply of spares un India.
They partner with courier company like expressbees who are third rate.
Both third rate agencies are looting people.
Avoud such nuisance

Worst experience and I paid fully for 2 parts for my Qualis on 25th June 2024 and so far 3 times delivery date changed and till now not able to contact any one. Very frustrating. All automated messages only

One of the worst experiences with Bodmo has been their fake commitments. When ordering, they committed to a delivery date of June 29th, but they have since revised the date three times.😡

Such a worst platform, they are providing fake delivery timeline just to get order confirmation, thereafter no support and no further information about your order that when this will be delivered or any responses for avoid delay in delivery.

The process must have streamlined just to make sure all the customers are happy and receiving their orders on time.

Ordered and paid for in full for a matching pair of car shock absorber bump stops. Only 1 pc arrived in 7 days and the 2nd pc is not available according to Boodmo. Kept postponing delivery date 3 times and yet after 17 days still no delivery. Checked for the same parts locally are available for a much lesser price. No follow up from boodmo unless I keep sending emails and enquiries to them. No offer for any refund or solution from the seller, just excuse after excuse

13/05/2024. Today finally after a lot of back and forth emails with Boodmo, I received a refund for the undelivered part ordered on 27/04/24. Purchased the same part locally at a much lesser price.

Very poor and pathetic delivery service.. No one executive contact with you. delivery extended one by one.

Boodmo is good platform for car parts but when one want to return the package it is not possible on Boodmo. The return process is nearly to impossible.

I have been using this platform from 2016. Earlier there is no tire based monthly discounts and convenience fee. Now the convenience fee is almost 10% of the purchase amount basically buying it more than the mrp. Even to look at some part numbers it was charging which used to be free.

Pathetic services.. i ordered OVRM for my car and it was found that it is not functioning properly. Later i requested for the return and i found out that it can’t be replaced as i already installed it on my car. Without installation how can one can see whether the part is functional or not ? Also there is no formal chat support or customer support. I thought it was a company since i had seen a lot of ads. Never ever order from this company.

Order #1705302123-2916 is still not dispatched or neither received any update regarding order of part , one more thing you don't have customer service and support, how could solve the problem with out customer support??? I am ordering this part on 15th January and still this part is showing under processing and my delivery date is 02nd Feb 2024 , you Guys already wasted my 15th days ... kindly confirm whether the part will be delivered on time or not????what kind of service you guys are giving..if part is not available then you should cancel the order to refund all the amount earliest , don't waste the customer time and money

Very worst online market don’t buy from boodmo. Fraud site no refunds or returns is there.

Order for alloy wheels placed on 25-NOV-2023, they have shifted delivery date twice. Google search says the parts are in stock and yet they are expressing their inability to deliver it. ??

I ordered a spoiler for Vw polo( date was 04/12/2023 ) expected date is dec 28 2023 but i can see my order is still in processing mode . 8399 debited from my account but still in processing mode. My order number is 1701696838-3734 please give a reply for it
