This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I bought a watch a month ago and still haven’t received it. I tried to call them and their phone number is always unavailable, I wrote them a lot of emails, through Instagram, Facebook and NO ANSWER
I want my money back. Don’t buy anything there! It’s a SCAM

Shipment from Sweden , 1 month and still nothing..

Since the 22nd of June, my package is stationnary in SWEDEN.. Can't believe an UPS picking from Sweden takes so long ! The company does not answer any of my emails, nothing. Is this coming from Sweden or North Korea ??
I believe requesting a refund will end up the same, waiting for money for months.

BONVIER wake up and proceed with the shipment ! This might be the last wake up call for this company..

!!!!!!

I sent them more emails no answer until now , i have placed my order and the only update thatbm i get is thatbm is shipped , nothing else. No tracking number no other info . I also tried to call and no answer . !! Very dissapointed !!!!

!!!!! If you have a problem due to the Covid-19 then inform the costumer before they place and order ! I still not get an email from you ! Send the order or the refund !!!

I don’t get it how can you make good reviews and still not answer to so many costumers that didn’t get an answer from you!

I placed an order in February and I am…

I placed an order in February and I am still waiting for my watch. As responses I receive only phrases like: „We will take care“. However they do nothing!
I was provided with a tracking code, which shows only the fact, that shipping is ordered, but nothing else’s changes.
I am very disappointed and can just advise everyone who is interested to purchase somewhere else!

So and even after the response of Bonvier, where they promise to get in touch with me, nothing happened. They even didn’t get in touch with me.

Never received order, tried to cancel, but never get an answer

I made an order nearly a month ago (21/6), have written to customer service several times, and get this answer the third time I wrote.

"Thank you for your request. You should have received shipping notification from our distribution through our partner Sendify. With tracking information. The recent weeks we have registered a lot of shipments that is getting processed. We are trying our best to clean up all mess from previous customers after being temporarily down in May.

I haven't received a shipping notification, and wrote that back 10 days ago, I have never received an answer on that. I have also tried to write and cancel the order, but I have never get an answer on that either :-(

This should be a graduation present for my son, I am angry and sad, that the company are providing such bad customer service.

ORDER #10397 - NO ANSWER / NO INFO - NOTHING!!!
I have ordered a watch and I got only info that it's shipped but since that time I don't have any answer from that company. I have sent them request for more info yesterday and only got automatic answer - to many requests, response can take little bit longer - but since that I didn't get any answer. I've send them many e-mails but I didn't get answer anymore. Now I'm reading that comments and I think I've also lost my money. NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I got answer that I will get some news by e-mail but only I got the same e-mail like by the first time. Who wants to make class action please let me know. I won't leave that. They are cheaters.

Don't buy from them

Ordered and paid for a watch from them on the 6th March. Told me it would be dispatched later that month. Watch has never arrived. Emailed them and was told there was a delay due to Covid 19. Then they told me UPS had returned their watches back to them and that they would be sent out again shortly. Still hasn't arrived, I chased them again and they said they had been taken over by new owners. Chased them again and again by email and now not replying. Website is currently unavailable.

No support, order never received

Old customer of bonvier, ordered about 4 watches last year, loved them.

The problem is that i ordered 2 watches a couple months back and never received them. (Order #9910)
Sent 2-3 emails to support, no replies, it's been over a month... (And the website is down now)

I don't know what's going on, i heard that the ownership changed, too bad, they had amazing watches...

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Don’t even bother buying from this guys. The patron seems to be always the same. You place the order, never ships, they say that they don’t have that in stock (according to them it was clear on the page, but it never was), they say sorry and offer other products, you NEVER EVER get a proper tracking number to follow your order (all you have is their useless order number) and they say that the order will arrive anytime soon, that they have delays, etc. In conclusion, don’t even bother. I’m filling the proper complaints now and asking for my money back.

Edited because they try to remove it for “defamatory”. Still, it’s JULY, and I STILL haven’t received my product (bought february). Draw your own conclusions.

August 25 Update: STILL haven't recieve nothing. They don't even reply to emails anymore. Please, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUYS.

Still no watch received after 2 months

Writing another bad review for this company. I ordered my watch on the 11th of April and I have still not received it after 2 months! After several emails regarding my tracking number they have still not responded except with their pathetic automatic responses! Its a big SCAM - becareful!

0 stars? I ordered a watch as a birthday present for someone weeks ago. The birthday has passed and I still don't have the watch. I don't have a tracking number or any shipping information other than "Your product "MILANO BLACK/S (41 mm)" has been sent. Track the shipment with number or by clicking here:" with no link or other information. I also don't have a response to my email, Twitter or Instagram messages. I really don't want a "we've changed ownership and now are back" stock, nonsense message. I want USEFUL, REAL information about where my order is. Otherwise, I want my money back.

To update, I still have no email as I was promised in the response and now Bonvier.com doesn't even work. So much for being back, huh? I'm claiming the charge through my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Update again: I ordered in May and still don't have my order. After finally receiving a response, they stopped responding after I got an email from Sendify on June 23rd saying it was shipped. It's now August 19th and there's been no update whatsoever on Sendify, DHL (the shipping partner) has no record of anything being sent and the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. I have never in all my life had such a horrible experience. This is how you're "back in full strength"? Really?

I've started the process of having my bank handle the fraud since it's clear that I will never receive my watch or a refund from Bonvier - an absolutely disgusting "company".
