I still haven’t received my order #10290, purchased on the 15th of June 2020. I sent Bonvier more than 5 emails but they never answered. I see the watch is stuck in Sweden from the 22nd of June, and the situation hasn’t changed since. This is definitely NOT the way to treat customers.

It's a scam and I dnt know why fb and other social media allows them to publish thier advertising there I have order a watch last 40 days and it was telling me that in five days you will receive now I am emailing them and trying to contact them but the scam are not replying I am thinking to go to police station and report them as will as I will write to Facebook and other social media about thier same

J'ai commandé une montre le 16 avril 2020 pour une livraison prévue le 20 avril 2020. Peu de temps après, je suis informé par mail que ma commande # 10023 a pris du temps suite à la crise du coronavirus et un changement de propriétaire. Pour autant, il est indiqué que je serai livré très prochainement.
3 semaines plus tard j'envoie à nouveau un mail, s'en suit des échanges de mails se voulant rassurant. Ceux-ci m'affirme que tout est fait pour que ma commande soit livrée dans les prochains jours. Un mois plus tard ma commande n'étant toujours pas arrivée et n'ayant aucune nouvelle je demande un remboursement. Ma commande de 89 euros est alors annulée sans pour autant être remboursée ce qui, judiciairement parlant, est qualifié de vol. Aujourd'hui, ma commande n'est toujours pas arrivée et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé. J'envoie des mails et messages via instagram, qui ne trouve aucune réponse de la part de la marque. J'ai donc déposé un signalement au service des consommateurs européens. Celui-ci est en cours de traitement. je n'hésiterai pas à déposer une main courante si le remboursement venait à tarder davantage. D'autant que nombre de vos clients mécontents seraient prêt à enclencher une procédure judiciaire collective.
Je vous prierai de faire le nécessaire pour régler ce problème très rapidement.

I ordered a watch on April 16, 2020 for delivery scheduled for April 20, 2020. Shortly after, I was informed by email that my order # 10023 was late due to the coronavirus crisis and a change of owner. However, it is indicated that I will be delivered very soon.
3 weeks later I send an email again, followed by exchanges of emails wanting to be reassuring. They tell me that everything is done so that my order is delivered in the next few days. One month later my order still not having arrived and having no news I ask for a refund. My order of 89 euros is then canceled without being reimbursed, which, legally speaking, is qualified as theft. Today, my order still hasn't arrived and I still haven't been refunded. I send emails and messages via instagram, which can not find any response from the brand. I therefore filed a report with European consumers. This is being processed. I will not hesitate to file a handrail if the reimbursement were to be delayed longer. Especially since many of your unhappy customers would be ready to initiate collective legal proceedings.
I will urge you to do what is necessary to resolve this problem very quickly.

They are thieves, nothing more. My #10326 order I bought on June 23 still hasn't arrived. they don't reply to emails. sendify through which the parcel was supposed to be sent said that there was no such parcel at all. crooks, I'm going to the police, because I'm fed up.

As it is written on your website, there is a free shipping for Europe - UPS Express Standard and the shipment should be at the given address within 2-5 days of purchase. Therefore could you tell me whether my order (#10405) has already been sent to Poland or not?I got a message that my order has been shipped but I still haven't received my shipment after 1 month of waiting! I didn't also get my tracking number for my order.
It's my fifth message to you and I still did't get any response. You should do something about this because it is a breach of consumer rights! I just want a simply reply that is not automatic and that you give some information act my order which means tracking number! Otherwise I want a refund cause I paid a lot money for it and this watch was supposed to be a gift for my fiance beacuse of his graduation and I couldn't give him anything what would remind him about this. It's really sad!
I hope this matter will be resolved by a settlement between us and nothing more. Otherwise, I will be forced to issue an appropriate pleading :(

I ordered two watches and an additional strap in january 2020(!!!) that I was going to gift a couple on their engagement. I only received a compensation gift somewhere in April and nothing else. It has been 8 months and I have nor received the watches nor a refund. I've sent plenty mails but all I get is 'new owners, we're looking into it' and then nothing. Order number #9400. Amanda or Michael keep replying on the reviews that they will surely look into it. If they put 1% of the effort they put into replying to negative reviews into actually solving the problems, they wouldn't get negative reviews anymore. It's a damn scam. I order frequently online, but I never got to deal with such an incompetent customer service.

I know that this company once was legit, since they sent me the two watches I ordered (they took 2.5 months extra delivery time though ...)
Both watches stopped working within 6 months, so I emailed Bonvier about the two year warranty as stated on their website. This warranty process is already taking 6 months, and they will not refund...
Do not order your watch at bonvier, it is now a scam.
Also, when you are already victomized, searching for bonvier on LinkedIn might help you to get in touch with the people responsible for this scam.

After this they reply that they are going to check my order, but the funny thing is, I didn’t provide my order number... What a joke!!!

I've purchased from bonvier in the past. Delivery wasn't as quick as advertised but it did arrive after 12-15 days.
I ordered an additional strap on the 23rd June after they announced they were back delivering world wide. Over a month later and I'm yet to receive my order, I've spoken to the shipping company and they have not received any product from Bonvier. I have sent 3 emails and I am yet to receive a reply.
I can now only strongly suggest this company is avoided at all cost, as it will cost. Its a shame as the watch is a decent build.

Ordered a watch 10th of march. 25th of june they emailed me claiming they are ”back in business”. Now a month later all I got is a tracking the order is in stockholm since 26th of june and have not moved any further. I cant recommend order from this company

After one mounth there is no replay from Bonvier, no delivery. I called to ups, dpd, dps and anybody haven't my delivery. I wrote 3 emails to Bonvier and nobody resent anything to me. This is awfull scam!
